Jeff my councilor has been very helpful and has genuine interest in my plight. I feel listened to and importantly heard, where in other cases the phsycholigists just pretend to care and are not hearing the problems. I always feel better at having spoken with Jeff and helps keep me positive.
Does not even deserve one star. They were extremely rude. He did not listen to anything and talked over me. He did not seem to care about the job fields that I am qualified, trained and have experience in. The man was very condescending and made me feel like scum.
They did not take into consideration my full time University commitments and I felt like I had to defend my choice to study at University.
I feel sorry for anyone that has to be stuck with them because they are dependent upon welfare income and centrelink.
No one deserves to be treated like this, regardless of their socioeconomic status.
