ULYANA, this 1 star is for you and your disgusting, little minded and petty attitude on the phone with me 06/04/23. I would highly recommend her managers to listen to the call if it’s recorded. You’re so pathetic that you held a grudge for 8 years against me when I can’t even remember what you look like. If you have such severe issues with people transferring from you 8 years ago to a more convenient location at the time then you need to see a doctor for a new cocktail.
I refuse to be held accountable for something in 2015 like moving to a new provider. Not only has 8 years gone past and that since I originally left you I found a stable job for close to 8 years but after yesterdays phone call it’ll be a reminder to NEVER EVER recommend MTC Caringbah EVER and request any friends I have with you to transfer out.
Not only did you hold this against me and your word for word conversation with me yesterday “ Roman you made a complaint about me 8 years ago, and I have always wondered why, I don’t think I can help you” and then told me to contact another provider, well Ulyana if you remembered that for so long I want you to always and forever remember me now!
