I ordered a mattress and the delivery was late when I requested my money back the seller said I delivered it with no evidence or signed delivery documents and simply this place scammed me on 400$ my order number 865575 the order was under my husband name and we will fill the fair trade form today everyone trying to buy from this place be careful you will be scammed

I ordered a couch from MS Direct last year. When it arrived it was about a quarter of the size we expected, really uncomfortable and of poor quality. I wanted to return the item, where they stated the item needed to be returned unopened and in its original packaging. Pretty poor form. This was a complete waste of $180. Poor customer service and dodgy products being sold.

Phone Customer service person Was professional, polite and very informative. Was able to answer all my queries and also assist me with selecting my furniture according to my requirements. She had Also guided me with the checkout process in competing my order. It took just under two weeks to get all my order delivered. I received a couple of deliveries as furniture was coming from several interstate factories. All had turned out brilliant. The Dining Table was far better than expected. I love that the Table had the extendable mechanism as we usually have large gatherings for dinner and we can easily increase the seating area. Wouldn’t hesitate buying or recommend others to buy froM this store.happy customer jase
