Always fast efficient processing of my online orders Sue always rings me to notify me that my order is ready so she goes that one step further. Thankyou Sue I just collected my order & I’m very happy with it.
Rudest staff member today. She scolded me because I wasn’t a member saying “well we are going to have to talk about that at a later date because you should be! ”. The tone was delivered as if I was a naughty child - rude and condescending. Now I shop from you once a month, but after today I’ll never shop with you again! Rude behaviour should not be tolerated in the customer service industry and you have two older women who are always rude!
