I was initially hesitant to resurface my pool with pebblecrete however after talking to Anthony, my mind was put at ease. Dealing with Anthony has been a pleasure, he has taken time to discuss in providing his guidance and recommendations as this was a partial DIY project.

I am glad that I have chosen Anthony over other pool renovation companies as this man has a lot of experience and will not sugar coat things but will provide the proper advise. He has been helpful, patient and empathetic.

Anthony is one of those professionals you can trust. We were let down numerous times by pebblecreters who committed and never turned up. With Christmas fast approaching, we rang Anthony. We spoke on Monday, 12 December. He inspected on Wednesday 14 December where we agreed on a price. He completed the job on 19 December. Our job was apparently complicated for other pebbelcreters with a raised spa, big pool with infininity edge a ballast tank. Anthony did it without a problem and we swam in it on 21 December. Highly recommended!

We have been paying other pool contractors to fix our pool's cracks over and over again for the last 16 years. They just added more epoxy over the same two previous mends and charged thousands of dollars each time. I decided to call Mr Pebbles to get the pool refurbished, thinking this was the solution. Anthony asked me questions about the pool and asked for photos and videos of the pool and the surroundings. He proposed to teach us how to properly fix the cracks and if the leaking stopped, he would be happy to resurface when we were ready. We followed Anthony's instructions over the phone and managed to successfully cover the cracks ourselves! No more water loss. Anthony spent a number of times on the phone helping us without charging. We have never met, but when we are ready for resurfacing, it will be with Mr Pebbles without a doubt. We cannot thank you enough, Anthony, for your help, advice and for caring. You are showing us the World can be a better place. I hope it is so contagious more of the people you help get to follow your steps! THANK YOU!

Anthony was a gentleman from the first to the last moment, delivered my pool ahead of schedule and treated it like his own. I had an old pool that needed major surgery and what I like about Anthony is that he spoke about how his solution has evolved over the last 25 years, that passion and dedication to his craft in the search for perfection has given us a new pool that we couldn’t be happier with, it is so smooth underfoot!

Its rather strange for me to be spending the time to write this review but i felt compelled to share my story and interactions with Anthony from Mr Pebbles. My wife and i purchased our first home earlier this year. It came with a very large concrete pool that desperately needed significant remedial work. It looked like a swamp, had rust throughout and various large crakes. We completed renovations inside the house and left the pool job to last as we thought it would be the easy and quick to find the right person.

We searched the internet for people and companies who would repair/resurface the pool and take care of the entire project. Most companies were too busy to explain the process, didn't want to take on such a challenging job or had limited capacity as a result of summer coming up. I eventually found a company (not Mr Pebbles) to perform the work. I paid a large deposit and had one of the worst experiences of my life. Not only was the job incomplete, the work performed was incompetent and damaged the pool further. I won't name the company, but it was a nightmare and we ended up loosing close to $5,000 for nothing.

Our trust levels were low and we had been hit financially. Despite our horrible experience, we were adamant to get the pool repaired and ready for our young family. I came across Mr Pebbles online and was impressed by the reviews.

Calling Anthony was definitely the best move we made. Not only did he attend our property the same day for an inspection, he was extremely transparent, honest and empathetic to our situation. We got a quote and the full scope of work. We were still reluctant after what had happened and thought about it for 3 weeks.i remember his words to me were "leave it to me, i promise to get it all sorted". We eventually decided to give Anthony a go and he didnt let us down. He turned up with his team early each time and worked throughout the day with his team, fixing everything. They were a pleasure to have around and made the process very enjoyable. The pebblecrete surface is absolutely stunning and the mosaic tiles made our pool look beyond our wildest dreams. Crystal clear water and smooth surface. All done in record time and within a reasonable price.

Anthony didnt stop there, he keep in touch days after the job was completed and talked me through all the steps that i needed to ensure the pool continued to look immaculate. Anthony, you and your team are amazing. We are forever grateful. Photos to come!
