First impressions are everything. I was initially told to expect a site visit on a particular day and time however when I tried to follow up to confirm, there was no response. After leaving several messages, I gave up. I totally understand and respect that tradespeople are busy, I just wish more of them would be honest and upfront at the very beginning. If you can't or don't want to do a job, that's totally fine, just let people know. I really wanted to support a local Leichhardt business that clearly gets great reviews.

Adrian and his very professional team have just totally transformed our tired old 1960's weatherboard cottage into a very contemporary bush home.
