Nice enough guys but I went in to replace a battery on my laptop and when I came to pick it up my laptop was no longer working. They told me a whole bunch of reasons why it was mine and my computers fault.surging power of the new battery, water damage corrosion (they told me it was there and showed me but I couldn't see it) the wrong power charger etc. But no responsibility taken on their part beyond saying 'they tried. '

Then they try and sell me on one of their laptops saying they can put my data into their laptop but it will be impossible to fix mine without doing a lot of work, I say no.

And then finally when I just say give me back my laptop the other guy tells me the problem is just something to do with the charger jack on the laptop and he just needs to order the part. Maybe two different issues however the whole situation was gross. I had a working laptop that needed a new battery when i went in.

ON TOP OF THAT.when I asked for one of the side buttons for my phone (it fell out) they tell me $120 because they'll have to replace the back glass of my phone. I went to three other places and they all said $30.

Can I just say the customer service and can do attitude with this place was awesome. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Really top notch. Thank you!

I went here to fix my laptop with my dad and I saw the friendly owners named Audi and Brook (Mr and Mrs fix), they were really kind and fixed my laptop in no time. If you have any broken electronics I highly recommend coming here because not only will you be greeted with immediate and efficient service depending on how much damage there is but you will also be able to have a nice chat while getting your service.

Absolutely incredible service. I live in the western suburbs over an hour away. I’m more then happy to travel the distance for such perfect service!

I contacted them via their web form, as it was already after hours so didn't want to call. No response for more than a week. Decided to call, described the issue and offered I'd send a picture of the broken device (couldn't bring it in person just to obtain a quote due to the nature of the issue). Sent the picture and device model on 4 December 2020. Today is 20 December and haven't heard back re: quote.

Was absolutely thrilled that I walked in late afternoon on a Sunday and I was greeted in a a warm and friendly way. The two staff members fixed my broken screen on my phone in 15 minutes and charged a really good price. The shop itself is decorated beautifully. I’d highly recommend this business to anybody in the area
