I took my phone into this shop on the 13th of February to get a screen replacement he replaced my screen with an off market screen.ever since then my data won't work and neither will my service I just got home from a dance practice to my phone not turning on at all this place is a rip off im getting my money back!

Been her many times before used to be great but now no longer recommend, Range of Iphone covers and screen protectors very limited. Bought Cover and Screen Protector within minutes the Front of the screen had air in between the screen protector and screen, went back and spoke to the shop assistant his response was non acceptable he said this screen protector is not suitable for this Cover and to avoid this try not to touch the sides of the phone. Why Recommend and sell this product if he knew that its wasnt suitable. Very Disappointing service and resolution of issue. BUYER BEWARE YOU WILL BE CONNED

Not very impressed, and I will be going into the shop to show the bad job they did on my daughters phone, all was needed was a screen replacement, when she got it back, front camera didn't work, now its not holding charge and as u can see from the photo, finger scanner isn't exactly where it should be, I also left a deposit for my sons phone to get fixed but ill be asking for that back, and taking else where.

The vendor advertised 30 days refund on his website and that is why I bought from him. When someone sells a product, it is not only the physical product that attracts the buyer but also additional facilities like refund and after sales service.

It is fraudulent of the seller, MrMobile to advertise a 30 days refund and then tell me that it is not applicable if I have opened the box. All I did was open the box and check the product. I contacted the vendor on the same day i bought it but still he is refusing the refund.
My item is in the same pristine mint condition that I received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. I also have the receipt and proof of purchase.

How can I check the product without opening it? The seller says that a 30 days refund is not applicable though the product is in its original packaging and is in pristine condition with all accessories intact.

That means no one can ever avail his 30 days refund. Will anyone ever buy a product, keep it unopened for 30 days and then return the item back?

I could have bought a higher version of the phone from another vendor at the same price but as MrMobile has advertised 30 days unconditional refund, I purchased from them.

So they are selling an item (product + service) significantly different from what was advertised, which is fraudulent.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.
