A simple request for boot laces introduces me to Bowral's answer to Basil Fawlty. Do you reserve that level of hostility and rudeness specifically for "small-purchase" customers, or did you just take a dislike to me?

Mr Fixitis a good place to go if u need keys cut key remotes and keys the owner is also helpful and the staff are also helpful.

Highly recommended. The guys in the shop are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They've mended my shoes and cut keys in the past. More recently they engraved some glasses for me and the finished product was fantastic.
