It's an unheard of property that doesn't even deserve a negative rating.
A property like MQ, which is tricky and prone to changing words, is the worst property to avoid from a tenant's perspective. You should never trust the two-faced MQ CEO and rental manager.
They violated very basic laws, such as sending the bond fee to Fair Trading within 10 days of signing the lease, and did not even provide the lease signing documents.
Promises made before signing the rental contract are changed after signing, and the landlord makes excuses without taking responsibility for what he said.

Although they bow down in front of the landlord, behind their backs, they are not interested in ways to save on the landlord's house repair costs and do not hesitate to lie in the middle if it is convenient and beneficial for them. When a tenant asks for something, the landlord makes an excuse, and the landlord blames the tenant. It has no rental management mediation function and is completely unprofessional.

Even when I call the office, the answering machine always answers and there is no receptionist. There is no function to leave a message, the phone bill is a waste of money, and it does not have any of the basic necessities of real estate.

No matter how nice the house is for rent, never use MQ.

What tenants want is real estate that is trustworthy and works in a neutral and professional manner.

How can MQ say the words respect and understanding when they have no problem with dishonest, unfair and immoral behavior?

If you want to be respected by the MQ representative, you can keep your promise to accept the 2020 moving-in inspection photos as evidence when taking over my data from the existing real estate.
I believed what he said and signed the contract, but if he changes his words now, it's like I was scammed. How can I respect and understand MQ?

In addition, although the December 2023 self-inspection photos were handed to me directly from the Lidcom office, instead of the property manager sending several false emails saying that I had never received them and telling the landlord as if I had refused the inspection, I hired a trusted employee to carry out the routine for February next month. You can send it during the inspection and change the person in charge.

What I am experiencing now with MQ is something that will never happen with other real estate companies and is not a big problem.
I think it's true that this happened because I lacked 'understanding' and 'respect' for the MQ real estate representative who very well understands and supports the lying and manipulating rental manager.

Because MQ Realty's 10 years of experience in real estate is sales experience, not rental management, it has no moral or basic concepts of how to provide rental services, and it is not at all interested in or neutral about tenants' rights. I hope that my post will be helpful to those who read this.

This place is by far the worst Real Estate agency.
I would strongly not recommend you use them unless you are asian like them.
Upon moving in the water was running brown, the kitchen sink was fully blocked, the kitchen was full of grime, bathroom taps where leaking and not fixed until weeks after we moved in even when they were fixed there was terrible dirty looking black marks on the bathroom basin that couldn’t be removed. Asking them to fix anything was useless. Upon moving out, house was cleaned but they made sure they added up all these extra costs to the total of my bond so that i wouldn’t get it back. In that full bond lost i was sent an invoice and Apparently it costs $620 to clean spider webs off the celling. They are the worst and they do not care about you if you are not one of them.

I have very bad experience with them. I complained many times for water leakage during the rain. The carpet got damage due to water leakage many times, my furniture got damage. I sent them videos, photos by emails of water flowing in the house during rain but they never came to inspect and they never fixed, they didn't compensate for my furniture on top of that when I left the property, they deduct handsome amount from my bond.if anyone going to rent a property by them, than forget about your bond back when you leave.

Real estate has been a real pain to deal with. They never keep their agreed terms. After almost 4 years of hassle for not completing the off the plan project, they were not willing to give me any compensation for my legal fees. Only $500 was given to me for all those years setback. Beware of dealing with them in future
