The service was fantastic - 10/10. Yuri and his partner (I’ve forgotten his name!) were so careful with all of my furniture and personal belongings. They took great care when moving everything, wrapped up the furniture well to prevent damage and they worked tirelessly for hours going up and down two very steep and narrow flights of stairs. They were so obliging and happy to help with moving things into place several times. Would definitely recommend their services and the company!

Erika was fantastic and went above and beyond our expectations We had had regular updates and the team that turned up were on time and very careful with our freshly powder coated gates. I was very late in booking a moving company for an apartment relocation. I made a quote request at 6.30am and by 8.30am I received a call and it was secured. On the day I had everything packed. Emmanuel and Pat did a great job moving me out of my old apartment into my new one. Simple, painless, quick and no damages. Perfect.

We were thrilled with the move the men did for us last week. They were quick and packed everything extremely neatly and efficiently. There were stairs at both ends, but no complaints! I needed to postpone the move once due to illness with 2 days notice, and this was handled generously, with a new date supplied quickly. I was very grateful for that. Worst service ever, unprofessional, non reliable, they arrived late after confirming the time of the moving twice, moreover, they ruined a brand new Mattress and never made anything to compensate for their bad service, save your money, avoid this company

Second time using this company. Hard working and reliable workers, but this time they only did 95% of the job. They left one large pot plant behind, took my money and promised to return for the final item. I called Rachel who refused to make good on this promise. I was left in the lurch and had to pay someone to finish the job. Next time I'll go elsewhere so I can be assured I'm actually looked after.
Also of note- they snapped the stand off my TV!

Same day service was great, very easy to deal with Rachel and the removalist team were efficient & really lovely. Also good value!
