42Hi, I went to Winnie 4 months ago in a terrible physical state. I thought my sporting life was over. My goal was to return to golf and maybe tennis in some form. I am now playing golf and as well, have returned successfully to tennis. Im so grateful to Winnie and Tristan, they have been nothing but supportive and professional and never have i felt uncomfortable there. I can only highly recommend them to anyone stuggling especially the elderly. Im 63 and feel so comfortable at the practice. Thank you Winnie and Tristan you have given me back my sport.
Winnie is fantastic. I originally attended the studio for treatment on my hamstring. Winnie provided me with a few session of physio then suggested pilates for strengthening and reconditioning and have been pain free since. I would highly recommend Winnie and the team at the Movement Laboratory
