38 What an experience.i have just completed a 12 week program with Luke and i cant thank him enough for the results.as someone who struggle with motivation in a mentally demanding job Luke helped immensely of getting me away from the desk and working out 4/5 times a week. He provided me with what macros i needed to eat and a detailed workout plan which has seen me be in a much better place mentally and physically.
Luke would message me most days (even when he was on holiday) to check in and see how i was doing with the workouts and seeing how my food was going.
I cant thank Luke enough for the attention and help he has given me, I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants a straight forward program to get into shape, and have a overall healthier lifestyle.

This is my first time training with PT’s and Movement District has been a fantastic experience. Luke and Adam are very friendly, helpful and have a lot knowledge in fitness. I started training recently with Luke and Adam at Movement District; after having almost a year-long period of inactivity due to severe migraines. They are super friendly, generous with their knowledge and time, and they make the training sessions very motivating. They have been also helping me with a healthy eating plan. They definitely know what it takes to see results in a sustainable manner. I am seeing results in a very short amount of time. I am very thankful to Luke and Adam for helping me improve my mental and physical fitness as well as my overall quality of life. I am now able to play tennis again, and I am super happy and motivated to keep going.

I trained for a week at Movement District while on holidays in Sydney. I really enjoyed the style of training and the gym generally.
Luke is super friendly and easy going (which is a nice change from lots of gyms), while also focussed on getting technique and movement right.
The small group training allows for more individual attention which is perfect. And everyone I trained alongside was friendly and a good range of experience so you are never the odd one out.
It was a pleasure to train here, and I hope I can again in the future. Couldn’t recommend it more.
I trained with Luke for about a year before I moved too far away and had to find another gym. It was by far the most effective year of training in my life, completely transformed by body and massively increased my strength. Highly recommend Movement District!

Cannot speak highly enough about Adam and Luke, and the studio. Have been training with Adam for over a year now and in that time I have completely transformed my health and fitness with Adam's help and support. Adam really listens and genuinely cares about his clients and I somehow always enjoy my sessions, even when I don't feel like working out. Really highly skilled team - definitely would recommend to anyone, regardless of your goals.
Absolutely love this place - I’ve been seeing Luke as my personal trainer for a year now, and he’s the first PT I’ve really clicked with. I lost 11kgs in my first 12 weeks and have kept at my ideal weight and fitness level since. Quit my old gym membership and haven’t looked back - if you want to get in shape, this place is the best
Luke is exceptional! An incredible coach and motivator. If you need someone to keep you accountable, like I did, he is your man.

Been training here for about 6 months with Luke and Adam, no matter what your fitness level or goals these boys sincerely care. Adam always checks in on me and how I’m eating and training outside of his sessions which none of my trainers in the past have done which I love cause it helps me stay accountable for goals.
