I'm only 40 now, but da weakness I was getting within my body was for real, lifting shopping bags was difft. Watt. I walk always excersixe.

Called MWM, kept making excuses not to go, my own struggles, couldn't make da time but 1yr later and I amazed myself.

Always makes all happy n so friendly. Hugs n fives even wen sweaty as. Outter da sessions, Ur still giving us recipes, Msgn on our well-being, online advice, calorie deficit plans, understanding on each needs.

I joined Matt at a time in my life where I needed to do something. I found Matt to be welcoming, understanding of women in their 40s and I haven’t looked back… thank you Matt for always keeping me motivated and wanting to come even the days I don’t want to! You have created an amazing community.

I’ve been to MWM for over a year and love it!
I feel great and have improved my health and fitness. Also tone up and loss weight. Matt gives his best attention to everyone in the team.

I have been attending Move with Matt gym for over 3 years now and I can say that it is one of the most fun and effective workouts I have ever done. Matt is a great trainer who creates challenging and varied circuits that target different muscle groups and fitness levels. He is also very supportive and motivating, always pushing me to do my best and encouraging me to keep going. The gym is well-equipped and clean, and the atmosphere is friendly and upbeat. The sessions are only 30 minutes long, but they are intense and leave me feeling energized and satisfied. I have seen amazing results in my body and health since joining Move with Matt gym. I have lost weight, gained muscle, improved my flexibility, and reduced my stress levels. I would highly recommend Move with Matt gym to anyone looking for a gym that offers quality service and value for money.

Joined Matt in May 2023 and I must say its the best decision I have ever made. I bought a pair of jeans today and it was size 26 or AU size 8! I haven't been a size 26 for years. I enjoy every session with Matt, he motivates me to push myself harder. Matt genuinely cares for everyone's progress. Highly recommended.

I joined Move with Matt around 8 months ago and was very unmotivated to exercise and some trouble with back pain. Matt turned all that around for me. Love the classes. Matt is very personal, genuine, always so encouraging and pushes you to do your best and improve. He has a positive attitude which is so infectious. A great group of people that do the classes. In terms of my back pain Matt modified the exercises for me and my strength has improved and my back is so much better. Have recently started a challenge at the gym which I have lost weight and have seen results of body transformation. Very happy.

I joined Move With Matt Training Group 3 months ago and I absolutely love it.
Matt makes you feel comfortable and part of the training family from the day you join. It’s a quick 30min interval workout with a sweat! He has also helped me with nutritional and fatloss /body fat advice and more importantly keeps me accountable with weekly text messages to see how I’m travelling.

I saw Matt on Facebook and wanted to try out if he was like my past trainers. I signed up for the 6 weeks challenge. The first day was to try out and I enjoyed it 110%. He makes us comfortable and motivates us to go over and beyond our expectations. The atmosphere in the gym is lively. His rates and location are very affordable and accessible. He is always there to help us achieve our goals. He is very approachable and provides ongoing guidance to our personal training routine with nutrition advise. I’m all in!

I have trained with many trainers over the years but Matt is one awesome fitness coach! Matt motivates and coaches you in so many aspects of fitness and health. He simplifies your goals to make them work for you and makes you feel good about your own fitness journey.
Matt unknowingly has also helped me personally through one of the toughest years of my life, training with Matt's motivation, positive attitude and outlook on life has helped me get through my tough days. Love training with you Matt.

I started training with Matt a few years ago and absolutely loved his sessions but had to stop attending when we moved a couple of hours away. About 5 months ago, I reached out to Matt to see if he could help me with my nutrition as I was eating very little but consistently gaining weight, no matter what diets or exercises I tried.

Matt has, without a doubt, changed my life. In 5 months, I have lost over 9kgs without incorporating any exercise plan. I am eating more than I ever have in the past and never feel like I am dieting - no foods are "bad" or banned - I eat pretty much what I want and Matt guides me on what my weekly goals are.

Its not a quick fix but if you put in the work and give him a few months, it does work.

I am at the happiest and most confident I have ever been. Matt is such a wonderful coach and has become a trusted friend.

Thank you Matt for everything you have done for me - I'm excited to continue on this journey with you.

I’ve been with Matt for just over 2 months now and I’m so happy happy I stepped out of my comfort zone cause Matt has made me feel right at home! He has been patient and supportive while I find my rhythm and is guiding me along the way!

I was scared to go back into a gym but Matt has options for everyone! His small group sessions was exactly what I was after!

I’m can see myself moving in the right direction and I know I have Matt in my corner!

Move with Matt has definitely set me back on track to reach my fitness goals. I wake up energised and excited to train. He modifies exercises related to specific injuries and pushes you to reach your maximum! Your always greeted warmly when you walk in. A wonderful family atmosphere, with mixed groups and flexible times to suit your weekly schedule!

I'm the last person in the world who wants to exercise so the fact that I've stuck with MWM since October without missing a session says alot.

MWM is set up in a way that makes it not so overwhelming for me. The exercises are all achievable and broken up into short bouts which helps eliminate the doubts about whether I can achieve my goals. The awesome music that's playing is an added bonus.

I don't dread going to do my workouts here. I actually look forward to it. Matt and Amy are so friendly and supportive. The group of people training alongside me have been lovely too. There's also flexibility with sessions. At times I need to change from a morning session to evening or vice versa which really helps me as a busy mum.

Matt also helps me to focus on my goal with motivational quotes and posts which help me change my mindset and not give up when I'm feeling discouraged. I've lost 4kg since starting with MWM. I've learnt to trust the process and not look for a quick fix.

I'm very happy I found MWM. Can't see myself working out anywhere else. Wish I found them earlier.

Best decision!

I have lost 4kgs in 3weeks with the help of Matt. He keeps me in check. I’ve never met a person who really care’s. He’s passionate but also very knowledgeable.

I’ve been to other Gym’s in the past but this guy is unique.

All I can say
Come and see for your self and then you will know what I’m talking about.

Only started a month ago with Matt, i had been struggling to get back into fitness and was feeling unhappy and afraid of the gym. One month later and i feel much better and excited to go to every class and its all because of Matt- he is literally the best! His beautiful positive demeanour keeps me motivated and comfortable. Also pretty sure everyone can agree his music taste in the gym is top tier️

Move with Matt has changed my life completely (and that too only in one month!). My goal for joining was to improve my lifestyle choices and now he has helped me rid my sleeping problems and my daily anxiety is pretty much all gone! Very excited to see where the next few months lead us. Matt is the sweetest gem who will always have your back and gently push you so that you are tapping in and using all your potential.

I had stalked Move with Matt & his podcasts for around 18mths before reaching out, it has now been 1yr since I became one of Matt's nutrition clients and WOW - there are no quick fixes, this is a lifestyle choice - Matt helped me restore my metabolism for 38wks to bring me from eating 900 cals to almost 3000cals per day while maintaining my weight, now he is coaching me through my calorie deficit & so far I have lost 7kgs & am still eating 1700cals per day, together with 4 x strength workouts per week & at least 12000 steps per day I am seeing a true body recomposition!

Matt makes it easy to see there is quality of life (and chocolate, cream cake, pizza, cocktails) in a balanced lifestyle - not only is he a great trainer he really invests time & support into his clients, always gives me a welcome at the gym for workouts when I am in Sydney.

Looking forward to my 2nd year with yet another metabolism rebuild, deficit & body recomposition - being consistent & doing the work counts along with the daily step count.

If you are not meeting your weight & fitness goals give Move with Matt & the Dad jokes a try.you will not be sorry.
