100% for the Move It With Gina team who were always on time, careful and highly personable. Gina visited to provide the quote and offered great advice, and turned up on the morning of the move. The removalists were resourceful when things went wrong (my side), fast-moving, polite, considerate and intent on putting things exactly where they were needed at our destination. If there was any scam more noteworthy of, Gina is one. She will tell you to fill an inventory out then use another version. She will also ignore the one you submit and charge you astronomical amounts threatening to stop impacting the truck until you pay. Fact.
Moving is so stressful and if you want to add on to that monumentally use Gina. I lost my temper in the end and regret that this kind of con artist let me do that. I
Am now going to get your standard response with I’m sorry you were not satisfied with our service but we all have heard this before. Please be careful you will get court out. A 2 bedroom and one bathroom unit. $1400 today. Gina I won’t be reading your response as you’ve caused enough financial damage. Pls see the email message I got when I didn’t know my card was going to charged and the threat.
If any dispute arises on the payment amount and cannot be resolved at that time, we reserve the right to refuse to unload the goods until the time full payment is made. A charge of $1,000 per 24 hours will be charged for items held on our truck.

A friend of ours who recently used Move it with Gina gave us a sterling feedback. I had a similar experience last week. Gina is very responsive and has answered all my queries in advance with utmost professionalism. JP and Luis who has attended to our move was fast, reliable and professional. They were attentive to all details and made sure to finish the work the soonest they can. I highly recommend Gina, JP and Luis for your relocation/movers need.

"Don't" Move it with Gina, Where do you start? After quoting the job (underestimated) and then packing my goods (blowing out the cbm volume due to light cartons) Gina turned up with small pan-tech. It didn't occur to anyone except the poor guy driving it my goods would never fit!
But from the owners point of view thats ok, lets just do more trips and the client will pay. So after being sold the careful move story and we look after everything, damage found its way across numerous items together with a rip in my couch. I wont go on and on, except to say the pack/unpack was a wrought. Pack light, use more boxes, un-pack and break items, but not smart enough to clean everything up and remove the evidence. Net result inflated move charges due to poor logistics management (I question do they even have larger trucks as this requires a license and would prohibit the availability of drivers etc) Not to mention inflated pack costs and hidden charges per another victims comments on inclusions stated for free.
To top it off, they then charged my credit card without authorisation. So, No don't move it with Gina!
It’s really interesting that the reply below doesn’t articulate the numerous emails and photo evidence provided that went completely unanswered. No accountability and clearly no understanding of what honesty is, when I last checked overcharging and charging credit cards is called fraud. Simply a reply of convenience to appease the reviews.

I had the awful and very costly experience with Gina removalist. If you were worried about someone taking advantage of having your furniture and charging you without you being able to do anything this is the lady.
Gina charged us for time reassembling and assembling beds when we specifically offered to accommodate to save time for them and money for us. She insisted and then charged an extra hour $160. She also claimed
our furniture was bulky however in the pre booking only asks for quantity And not measurements. Small medium and large would be useful here instead of charging extra time because you can’t fit in a truck that was wrongly selected. Lastly lying about boxes that were no there and ignoring what was on the inventory. Please please don’t get ripped off with Gina see below evidence

A lot of the furniture is bulky and large.
There were loose items that should have been boxed.

You requested not to dismantle your bed however it didn't fit in the lift so we had to take it out again and dismantle it. Your bed was assembled incorrectly with the wrong screws which as you mentioned on the phone it was done by your son. So they had to unscrew it by hand which took longer.

The worst experience ever. Gina did not show up to view the job and give a firm written quote. Her team arrived hours late, and were exhausted. They broke two valuable statues - one Jeff Koons dog. The move was tiny, but this company was one big mess. They never reimbursed me for the broken items, and failed to stand by their quote. Studio apt moving one block away.

From beginning to end my experience with Gina and her professional team was absolutely fantastic. Gina took the time to come to my place prior to the move to assess our needs and provide an estimate. On the days of the move, Gina’s packers and movers acted professionally throughout. Each member of the team was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Move It With Gina for any of your moving and relocation needs.

Our removalists were Louis, Matt, Victor, Pedro and they did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, were friendly and took great care with our belongings - wrapping delicate items with shrink and blankets. I thought they would need two trips to move all of our stuff but they are also Tetris masters and got it all into two trucks. Great value for money and i can't recommend this service highly enough

Very nice guys turned up and were super professional and friendly. They we very careful with all our items.

Great service provided all around. From the office team to the boys on the ground. The removal team was on time and had a great can-do attitude, making the job easy. I would highly recommend.
