Our property manager Chelsea G.has been our saviour. Chelsea managed our insurance claim from beginning to end doing it with professionalism and PATIENCE. Her attention to details are outstanding having to go through our policy and working with the insurance company. We really felt Chelsea had our best interest at all times. She has given her guidance and advice throughout the whole process, her experience was evident through the whole process. She has saved us money with her advice. If you want someone who will REALLY represent you as a Landlord and look after your tenants pls speak with this young lady. She did not flinch once when things got difficult. We have worked with so many property managers in our time and she would be the best one out of all of them. If I could give her 100 stars it would still not be enough. Thanks you Chelsea

Worked with Jason Maxwell, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would give this place zero stars if I could. There was a small misunderstanding between the solicitors involved in our sale and we reached out to Jason for clarification on what was going on. We received a wildly inappropriate and insulting email accusing us of looking for freebies. The tone and manner which Jason used with us was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We thought speaking to Jason would help us understand what was going on. Rather, Jason insulted and tried to belittle us. NEVER working with this agency again, save yourself the struggle and insults, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I engaged Jason recently to sell my property. From the moment he walked in my door I could tell he was different from other agents I’d met.

From the commencement of the campaign Jason was always available to answer my queries and kept me constantly updated about enquiries.

During my difficult negotiation process Jason was always professional and went above and beyond to get the sale across the line.

I’d recommend Jason highly to anyone looking for an agent.

This was my first experience buying a home so I was very unfamiliar with the process. Pat was very professional and approachable throughout the process and ensured it went smoothly despite the quick turnaround required. As a first time purchaser I was new to the process to buy. Pat was such a fantastic agent, I feel really lucky I got to purchase my first property from him at Movable! Excellent communication and extremely professional! Selling my house with Pat was a positive experience. Using his knowledge of the market, he used a strategy that captured both the uniqueness and potential of my property, and was quick to adapt the strategy to reflect the changing market. Pat communicated with me weekly to provide a detailed analysis of house inspections and potential buyers. Once an offer was accepted, he ensured I was well informed and contacted me regularly with updates. Pat was extremely efficient throughout the whole process and maintained a high level of professionalism. I would definitely work with Pat in the future.

Highly professional and experienced agent. Jason and his team provided weekly feedback, including in-house rating of buyers they regarded as warm or cold. Communication was good as were Jason's negotiation skills. I understood Jason was working in a difficult market but he didn't deviate from his initial valuation of the property. I was happy with the outcome and have no hesitation recommending Jason. A very personable agent.

Absolute pleasure to deal with and has gone beyond expectations to assist in a smooth business transaction. Paul provided honest knowledge of the area, points you in the right direction and gives you his time to ensure confidence during the process. We had an emergency on a Saturday, they don’t answer the phone on weekends … meanwhile an apartment went underwater, the poor owner ended up with a massive repairs bill which should have been avoided

I am an home owner. I updated my review to include the reply of the reply. You read more details about how frustrated and disappointed from a residential property investor/owner's perspecitive about this terrible property management service below:

I gave my property to this franchise to manage since 2016, and now I am happy I moved to C21. Movable cannot sustain their service quality, from the management of new prospects to mainteance. I got several propects walked away due to their slow move. From the interation with their proprety managers (I got changed PM almost every year) I can feel the staff turnover is high, and not professional. I raised my issue with Jason Maxwell and in return he sent me a 'cheap' reply. Each time the PM contact for prospects, I had to pop out the questions about the move in dates and rent they proposed etc details. That is a very unpleasant experience considering I am paying them the money, and now I service them instead. Their property tree notification also sending messages about outdated info. They sent me a message about open house even new lease already signed. And this was the only one of three notification I ever got since 2016. LOL. An agency gives me a headache.

Reply to the response from the owner dated on 26th July 2022
The rent in Fern Bay was $500 before, when the last tenant vacated, I noticed the rent increase, I had to raise the issue to that property manager Daniella as she still wanted to put $500 for ads for that. That means you guys did not monitor the market in time, and I gave you the head up. You are welcome.
The graffiti was not reported in time when that lease vacated, and Tegan Kelly only found it out when the property was already vacated for 2-3 weeks!
I don't live this area. I talked to my neigbours in March 2022, and they mentioned she did not show up, only Mecca Powell (the new PM in 2022) showed up more often. What a pity, Mecca left your company too.
I asked for the discount for a 12 months only to compensate my loss, expecially I know Mecca left and Tegan is back from maternity leave to manage my property again (I thought Tegan left before, nothing informed about her maternity leave or change of PM to me ahead). Also a year for me to think whether I still stay with you. 6.6% is the market rate for Fernbay area, I have been paying standard since 2016 but I am not receiving starndard service for quite a while. That is why I asked discount for one -year, and will return to normal after one-year if I am happy with a NEW PM. Jason Maxwell turned me down right away in the phone call, then called me cheap in the email reply. I did not swear Jason Maxwell neither being unpolite in the email. In contrast, Jason Maxwell is more emotional for the whole time, and this is unprofessional. Jason thinks I will be a silent customer anyway cuz I did not swear, but he is wrong this time. Jason Maxwell is doing such a 'good' job of customer service, for his company fellows to follow and copy. No wonder he could not maintain high quality staff. He also mentioned that his business is more towards to comercial management. I can feel residential property management is never on his priority.
Now I am paying a higher price for C21. But with the comparison between, I just realised how terrible Movable became, and I had been ripping off.
Please like my comment if you have the same experience. So more home owners will be aware of this!

Fantastic Agent & Person.
Jess it a true professional with a fantastic knowledge of real estate.
She sold my mums home for a great price and very quickly and guided us through the process with great communication.
