1 Avoid this man at all costs! He was meant to commence a large job last year at my home but after countless excuses never turned up. Prior to committing to the job he wanted 50 percent deposit to lock in the job. We argued that was ridiculous especially because we were paying for all materials up front, it was just his labour cost. We ended up paying 10 percent up front. After many false starts & telling us to order material that blocked our entire driveway, as he was meant to commence work the next day, he never turned up. We told Aaron we wanted our deposit back & we would seek another landscaper.
Aaron became abusive & we had to seek advice from the local police. We have lodged a formal complaint with Fair Trading who are currently investigating this issue.
To date we still do not have our money, a large sum, and this has placed enormous stress on my family.
My advice is avoid this business.
