It would have been nice to have the information place still there. Also why isn't there any signage about what Mt. Penang was originally used for. Such a waste of a trip from Sydney.

Ahhh the winter joys, I think there should be a discount for winter when most of the plants are without their colourful flowers & when the trees are dull without leaves.

The storybook garden was really pretty & worth my money, took me back a few years with Humpty Dumpty, Jack & Jill, Hansel & Gretel, and all the other characters I grew up with in life size.

Nice quiet place for a walk. Great place for kids and families to play and walk around. The place needs a little bit of work but it’s under construction so hopefully that can update so of the other sections.

Its always a pleasure to stroll though the grounds, take pics, watch the birds.
Hope one day management organises a community bee and replant some new natives.

Very pleasant near the garden. Good food, friendly service. Parking on weekends can be difficult at times

I phoned to make a booking but cannot get through. E-mail address on website does not work - rejected. A real pity because I have been there before and found the experience very enjoyable.

Good place to visit for a short walk around on a nice day. Alternatively, go and have a look when the area is being used for a market or event. Either way it's worth the visit if you have a couple of hours spare.

First time visited for the Chillie festival, seem a nice place to wonder around, picnic, will return for a proper meander.

Plan ahead by bringing your own refreshments, the cafe charges $4.50 just for a small bottle of ice-tea, the first pond you come to under the foot bridge has rubbish and discarded milk crates in it, the only thing missing from the pond were shopping trolleys.

Great spot for a family outing. You can walk around the gardens, fish in the dam, grab something to eat from Waterfall Cafe or book yourself a segway ride with some friends around Mt Penang.

Love wandering through this lovely garden. Unfortunately, it's suffering from the drought like everywhere else. On my last visit the peace was shattered by the revving of a jet motor in the pond driving a 'hover' contraption. Very annoying

Gardens have matured nicely and are very pleasant. Surrounded by ponds and small waterfalls. The Waterfalls Cafe is pretty nice, food is good and prices are okay. Can get pretty busy esp on weekends so book a table. We had to wait about 45 mins for our lunch to be served but was with good company in a nice atmosphere so it wasn't too bad, especially as the place was packed (which is obviously a good sign). Plenty of parking, toilets, alcohol served etc

The worst cafe on the coast. If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes for eggs and muffins when they Aren't busy then go here. This is not the first time second visit we are waiting 28 minutes for hot chips. Are these tools for real?

Looks a little under cared for through the week. But still one of my favourite places to meet up with family. The cafe has great food and coffee. Friendly staff and easy spot to meet people or stopnon a long trip to stretch the legs being close to the m1.

Nice place for a walk, when an event is on, it's well organised and you can do even more on this facility. Parking is abundant, and you can cross the river for a great walk and even more parking (if you prefer). I enjoyed my time there.
