I made an appointment with Mould removal. I paid half the fee as a deposit.
Subsequently I got my days mistaken as I went off an email stating that the appointment would be 3 to 10 working days after the deposit was paid. I had locked in 2 day post deposit, mistaking thinking it was the week after. I got a call from
The technician, apologised and asked to reschedule. He said head office would give me a call.
I was then emailed stating that my appointment was missed and my deposit was lost. No attempt was made to reschedule. I have sent two subsequent emails from last week and no response, but they were very quick to email me when my deposit was lost. A cheap money grab and no foresight that the reschedule would
Have lead to more work equating to more money for them as well. Tread wearily

I met with Liam and Daniel who were on time and flexible with my schedule to come provide an assesment and quote. I had a leak in my ceiling and wanted to check if there was a mould risk, after a previous inspection told me I had to spend thousands of bucks on a gimmicky treatment.
Liam and Daniel told me straight away that all was fine with my ceiling and there was no mould. They didn't stuff me around or try rip me off and they were on there way. I really appreciate their honest opinion and they were proffessional. I would highly reccomend them for mould investigation in Sydney.

Zac was polite, turned up on time, communicated well, and on looking at the areas of concern the mould has been removed. Further treatment may be needed as floor area wasn’t treated yet.

Dealing with Mould Removal Services was easy, they were responsive to our need and quickly scheduled JR to treat two rooms.

By far exceeded expectations. Our ceiling and the inside of some wardrobes were covered in mould, they now look good as new. They also killed all the mould on our belongings.
