I tock my bike to these people and all I got was mucked around for 4 months, telling me they couldn’t get parts and it was to hard for them to fix a simple problem and to top it off my bike never had a oil leak before it went in and now it does, I’m sick off incompetent people that over charge
I wouldn’t take my granddaughters toy scooter to these people

Went to check out some motorcycles, considering purchasing in the next 2-3 Months. Salesman yells across the showroom to ask if i needed something in front of about 7 people, as soon as i said i was "just looking" he said well mate we are actually closed (mind you all doors are open) looks at his watch and said ill give you 5 minutes.

I wouldn't reccomend buying here.

Asked how much it would be to pinkslip my bike by coming and getting it in avondale. A 5 minute drive they wanted to charge me 100 both ways. What a joke. Rude as well.

Hey guys, if you want to be told by the service manager at the Albion Park shop, that you your bike was handed back to you with new scratches on your fairings and greasy prints all over them, was probably due to the fact that the female technician that serviced your precious machine "Oh she gets a bit flusted sometimes" and you go back to complain, and no one is interested well make up your own mind, i will never take my bike there again, losers in my books

The service was ok although when quoted to have a new rear tyre fitted I was quoted $40 by 2x staff members in the showroom but when I booked it in and the job was completed they charged $60 and would not budge on price as the mechanic said there was no he would do it for the $40 quoted price as the 2x showroom people must have made a mistake when quoting.

Ordered parts had to be shipped from overseas contacted them to see if they turned Up they knew nothing about it.after a bit of searching who I bought from rang them back found out they had the order under a different name. Easy mistake but maybe pay more attention to who your dealing with

Been to Albion park shop once, being on 12 hr shifts tend to do my shopping on line, be good if they had a web site showing new and used bikes.

Popped in there today for a quick look. I was impressed. Friendly staff. Not pushy. Heaps of accessories. Heaps of bikes. Stuff I've never seen others shops stock. I'll be back.

Did not apply 5% discount as agreed, on clothes! Check your recipt before leaving premises! If a discount was promised!

Good range of equipment and accessories. Heaps of bikes to drool over. Staff friendly and not pushy.

Recent purchase of the Yamaha Tracer 7. Rode up from Melbourne a day after the initial enquiry and everything was ready to go. Simple easy transaction. A pleasure to deal with.

Stuff was helpfull and inwas allowed to try on the gear but not many options for womans clothing

Jazz and the spare parts team are always good to deal with as well as the sales people downstairs always meet and greet you when you walk through the door whether you're buying a $10 part or spending thousands of dollars they always welcome you

Jaz is the best person to talk to she was great with my son she helped him out so much and explained things to him. So if u go in there ask for Jaz.

If u get insurance from them make sure everything is correct. Cause my son bought a bike from them and they did his insurance but his name was spelt incorrect so if anything had happened he would have been stuffed.

Troy and the guys were great to deal with. The initial contact was hassle free and professional and the follow up to my enquiries (even after hours!) was fast and efficient. A lot of places talk about 'customer first' but these guys actually do it. Good communication, great product and a good deal as well.

Troy and his team are a dream to deal with, always met with a friendly greeting and 5 star service. Would 100% recommend for all your bike needs.
