Mother Earth Nursery

First time I’ve been to Mother Earth and can honestly say that the Kenthurst and Cranebrook nurseries are both fantastic.

Jo went out of her way to call around to find the Blueberry Ash trees I have been searching for! Diana and the team at Cranebrook held the plants until I was able to collect them and were also very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The actual trees were very healthy and well priced. Will definitely be back to purchase more plants in the future.

Beautiful plants! They had a great variety and not the most common plants, quite a few I hadn’t seen before and were all quite reasonably priced. Staff were so friendly and super helpful, you immediately feel welcomed!

I was in Mother Earth and I was looked after by Louise. Louise was a breath of fresh air, so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Beats the rest.

I was deeply disappointed and utterly shocked by the behaviour of one particular staff member during my recent visit. Our original plan was to have a meal at the neighbouring cafe and then proceed to explore the nursery afterwards. While we noticed a prominently displayed parking sign in bold and vibrant red letters stating ’30 minute parking, ’ we failed to see the smaller, less noticeable text that specified exclusive parking for the nursery only and prohibited parking for the cafe; this is where we had parked our car.

If the staff member had approached us with politeness, kindly asking us to relocate our car and return to the nursery after eating at the cafe, we would have gladly done so. Unfortunately, the lady’s demeanour was extremely discourteous and was extremely rude. Despite our attempts to try politely explain the misunderstanding and our genuine oversight in not noticing the prohibited cafe parking text, we were constantly interrupted and met with judgemental and impolite remarks. She continuously invalidated our perspectives through an appalling tone of voice, choice of words, and overall attitude. Consequently, her behaviour left us feeling disgusted and profoundly disappointed, resulting in our decision to abandon the opportunity to explore the nursery altogether - we were so excited to visit as the nursery/plants looked beautiful. We do not recommend accidentally parking in the wrong spot!

Great people to purchase from. I hardly ever walk away without buying something, usually something unusual that nobody else has. I love that place, all of their nurseries are great to visit and walk around and soak up the atmosphere. If they don't have it on hand they will try their best to get it in for you or transfer it from the other nursery. The best customer service ever.

Shocking service by the 2 ladies who work there on weekdays. They clearly judge by appearance and always look at you like you from Mars.

Purchased hydrangeas and ordered delivered and stolen parcel at my property. It’s nothing to deal with the nursery however when I approached Mark (may be owner), he was very kind over the phone and send my whole order again. There are very few kind people like you, thank you Mark, amazing service and beautiful plants, and Keep buying more from your website.

Very friendly staff. Over the period of my visit, talked to a number of employees, all of them were very keen to help, explain things in detail.

They have a wide variety of plants in a relatively small space. And I do agree with offers comments that it feels very relaxing when visiting the place, giving good zen vibes.

if you are looking to buy plants, this is definately the best place.there are varieties of plants available here and the owner has maintained this place in such a good way. Attention has been given to each and every details in this nursery.the staff and owner are also really helpful and are always happy to give suggestion to your questions.

Mother Earth Nursery is a wonderful Nursery that my wife Lassie Zia and I feel in love with.

It has incredible visuals, great foliage, plants and garden items to buy and a top feel and vibe about it.

The staff are just wonderful too, and love the cafe next door. Top place and love their work!

The best nursery I’ve seen in a very long time. I absolutely love the ornaments and garden trinkets here…. You won’t find anything else like it. Plants are always healthy and the variety is incredible.

Mark knows everything, all the staff are so friendly! Beautifully laid out, felt like a botanical garden! Some of it is wheelchair accessible, but not a lot.
Has all sorts of plants and rare ones too!

An exceptional garden center with very knowledgeable staff who are more than happy to answer all your questions. Mother Earth Nursery has a nice selection of plants, especially things that you don't see in your average garden center. The plants appeared healthy and well cared for. They also have reward point membership that awards return-shoppers. And it isn't hard to become a return-shopper!

They have an awesome selection of different, sometimes hard to get, a little bit unusual, plants (as well as regular ones). I've bought some beautiful specimen trees that I could not get anywhere else locally as well as some difficult to find house plants. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's a really cute/interesting nursery to walk around too that adds to the experience. I wish I could buy everything in there:)

Great quality. An exceptional treasure trove of the regular and the very unusual to suit a wide gardeners interest. A pleasure to wander around, with open garden rooms to discover and delight. A regular on my nursery visit list, and my favorite. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very helpfully positioned next door to a delicious cafe (when you realise you've spent a long time amongst the plants)

A hidden gem! This is not your average Bunnings or Flower Power nursery. They stock some rather unusual plants and quite a diverse range. I ended up buying quite a few. I'm excited that I found a medusa plant! Staff are helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back!
