Moss Vale Subaru

Wanted to keep the money in the Highlands so ordered my Outback Touring from Ian.
Despite frustrations with the ports and transportation, I was really pleased with the service I received and understanding when the delay was extended outside of their control.
The loan of a vehicle was really appreciated and helped me avoid a major problem getting to work.
Certainly glad I went to SHMG and would recommend them without question. Thanks to both Ian and Frank.

Parts ordered via parts dept arrived late, they no longer accept card payments over the phone and then hit you with a card surcharge. If you’re a trade customer look elsewhere.

Abysmal customer service. Rang two days running and was left hanging on the phone twice before being cut off! Seeing they weren't interested in my custom I went to Narellan Subaru to buy a new Outback. Amazing 5 star service there!
Went back to Moss Vale and showed them my purchase. They couldn't have been more disinterested. Absolutely appalling customer relations!

Buying a new car at any time can be a daunting experience, and I certainly felt a little overwhelmed. Darby Sheppard patiently and kindly answered all my questions about the new Subaru Forester that I was contemplating to purchase. He did not pressure me one way way or the other. I was very happy with the deal offered and felt that the trade-in price was fair. At handover time he introduced me to my lovely new car and again was very willing to take the time necessary to ensure that I was confident that I understood how all the new bells and whistles worked. When I took the car for a drive down to Canberra the next day, I felt confident that I could cope with all the new features of the car. It was a joy to drive and I love my new Subie.

Very thorough and fully explain the servicing tasks before commencing work. If additional parts are required they will inform me and discuss options. No surprises.

Appalling customer service. Pointedly ignored for 10-15 minutes, despite having the intention to buy that day. The salesperson couldn’t be less interested when they finally decided to speak to us. Then provided an inflated price. We came to Narrellan Subaru today and had an amazing experience. Highly recommend Narrellan!
