Purchased a used car from Syed, he was very easy to deal with and made the buying process a breeze. Terrible Service. Customer service comes a distant second to profits.

I've done 3 or 4 services or warranty claims here. Every time the car is returned with unresolved issues.

Today, I had an electrical emergency (under warranty) and the soonest they could look at it was 3-4 weeks!

After 30 minutes on the line, they told me that they were not able to assist and that I should come back in 3-4 weeks. Ridiculous.

Called an independant auto electrician and within 60 minutes he had resolved the issue.

I would definitely NOT recommend Toyota Mosman.

After having a deposit on a car for 15+ months that still is yet to arrive I called the dealership to speak to a sales member.

When I first called up the receptionist requested me to fill in a form to cancel the refund, when my simple request was to speak with the sales agent to discuss the order. Reluctantly I was told I would get a call but never heard back and no form was received or call was received.

A week later, I went in to speak with the sales team after having no luck over the phone this looked to be positive after filling in the forms and signing of on the refund and cancelation of the deposit. 3 days later still no refund, I called back to be told I would receive a call from the sales team again no call…

An overall awful experience - still awaiting my funds and more disappointingly no car.

Saw a beautiful vehicle while passing by a couple days ago. Met a wonderful german bloke named Axel who had me behind the wheel in minutes and had my finance sorted virtually by the time i brought her back in. Today I couldn't be happier. Thanks Axel, I could not ask for a better customer experience.
