Absolutely brilliant service from the time you open the door to the time they hand back the superbly finished repair!

Vehicle quote came in the cheapest, parts were missing from the quote that the other repairer had picked up on. Very quick 2 week turnaround on repair but am finding obvious parts are missing from the vehicle and paint work is covered in little craters from silicon contaminants on the surface or the paint having a chemical reactions. Dimples are cute just not on a new cars paint work. There are many imperfections beneath the clear coat that after 3 months of curing has still not hardened. They also seem to have difficulties in lining up panels, the crisp straight lines are gone with all the misalignments. The glossy finish is missing in the door jams and masking lines are evident on the panels. A huge waste of almost 20K

Not sure what the requirements are to become an AUDI AUTHORISED REPAIRER but it seems anybody can give it a go.

We recently had smash repairs carried out by Mosman Smash Repairs and couldn't be more happy with every step of the process. From the quoting, dealing with our Insurer, organising the loan car through our insuruer to the end result of delivery of the car to us by Tow truck due to us being in a locked down LGA.
The repairs brought the car back to original finish and the car looks perfect. Everyone we dealt with, from Mel in the office, to Adam, Warren and Tony in the shop was extremely professional. I would have no hesitation in using their services again and recommend them highly.

Excellent customer service that was so good I rewarded them with a 6 pack of Peroni. My partners Mini cooper was rear ended and NRMA had denied the claim for over 6 months. Warren was happy to take on the private job when most repairers would not give you the time of day. He also helped us gain the confidence and provide the evidence to push the insurer to reverse their silly decision about who was at fault. The job was done in a week as promised despite the covid impact to their repairer team. Throughout the process, MSR were easy to deal with, courteous and professional.
