I found them rude, expensive and slow. They took my money and then informed me that it would be three days before I could collect the shoe, rather than letting me know up front how long they would take. My recommendation would be to go Mister Minit which is 2 seconds round the corner inside the shopping centre instead

I cloned my remote keys and the new one didn’t work, they wouldn’t even give a refund or fix it, claiming they didn’t clone it.

Nov 2022. Just had a fantastic experience Michael and the team put two more holes in my 30 year old leather belt more than 5 years after the last holes they put in.they are a good omen for waistline reduction. Cheers for all.

I would give zero. Worst service, had to take shoes back twice to re-do, another pair hadn’t even been done, but boy did they charge. Over priced and worst experience, messy work. Attitude of guy at front appalling, he had zero care. Should not be in customer service.

Sep 2022: Had a very simple request (my navy leather briefcase was fading in colour due to age) and thought I could just polish it with shoe polish. They recommended another product as shoe polish would potentially rub off on my pants/clothes. The other product was excellent and did the job perfectly, their advice and help and prices were excellent for what I needed. Thanks. I note some negative reviews for more complicated repairs, so perhaps consider this depending on how complex your repair is.

It was a refreshing change to get such outstanding friendly service, Michael went out of his way to resolve an issue I had with a new pair of boots, then fixed a belt for me on the spot. Thanks very much Michael, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Stunning job resoling my RM Williams boots from leather sole to rubber! Also buffed my boots which were well aged and now look brand new again! Very reasonable price too! Love the boots and service!

The staff are nice, however, they are incredibly unprofessional. It’s shocking!

If you decide to leave an item here for repair or equivalent, you should be prepared for it to be damaged beyond repair. Should this occur, the staff with find a way to make it sound like it’s your fault.

I’m rather surprised that such business still manage to operate.

Fixed my Colorado satchel strap in 24 hours for $75 (It had broken clear off the bag). Feels very strong and they told me I can come back if there are any problems:) Thanks Moses!

Will by reporting to the ACCC. Ruined a $2000 Gucci bag which I left to have a crack in the leather mended. Put on a giant bit of poorly sewn on leather, with no attempt to hide the fact that it was not the same thickness, texture or even the same tone as the leather on the bag. I refused to pay as they did not compete their obligation by any standards and they literally withheld the bag from me, which is totally illegal and it was not in their possession to be held indefinitely, but until their obligation was fulfilled (which it obviously wasn’t). A $2000 bag is not a joke, these people clearly have no discretion, care, competency, or level of customer service.

Outstanding craftsmanship, I took my Cristina labotin shoes here after my stupid wife tried to clean them with house hold bleach. They repaired the soles and refurbished them. Amazing work, very friendly service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Do not go to this repairer! I paid $100 to have the handle on a $700 Kate Spade handbag repaired. He said it would be that much bc he only does good work. It took a week, I used it once after and it broke straight away. Took it back to them and they wanted to charge me $75 to have their shoddy work re-done! Went to to Mr Mint around the corner and he repaired it on the spot. Go there!

Horrible customer service, they ruined my boots, had to go back multiple times to ask for it to be rectified and was simply stonewalled - once I insisted they refund me for the cost of the repairs they went so far as to call the police, I couldn't believe it and if this is how they handle situations and repair shoes I am not surprised other people are unhappy with them. Extremely unpleasant people and not skilled in shoe repairs to boot. Go somewhere else I implore you

Got my leather boots resoled and was unhappy with the quality of work. Particularly the insole, they had removed the old corking without replacing it and had left nails exposed at the heel. One positive was that they did get the job done when they said they would.
