From the first phone conversation I had with Anthony, I found him to be extremely considerate towards our needs to obtain a rental property, appropriate enough to accommodate a five-person family with three teenage children. He went out of his way to make sure I had all the necessary details that were required for the rental application process to go as smoothly as possible.

We changed property management from Starr Partner to Morton because that we got 3 tenants in the past 7 years, the first one always paid the rent late and we had to chase the rent thro tribunal; the last one ran the business at the property, had staffs coming to work at the property, kept the dogs and cats ruining the carpet, had bees at the backyard, had a garden turned into bush, etc, still claimed it as 'wear & tear' and "no repair" by landlord.
Move to Morton for the property management, we feel a much better service for property maintance and market management servce. Thank you, Morton!

I recently bought my first investment property in the lower Blue Mountains and advertised for a managing agent. I had no idea what to expect. Anthony contacting me contacted me within a couple of hours and I felt immediately comfortable talking to him. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I did compare other agents, and not only were they fees reasonable but the service was outstanding. Anthony is approachable and always available. Would highly recommend.

I recently partnered with Morton Real Estate - Penrith to lease my investment property. I am a first-time landlord so I really wanted a seamless, hassle free team to guide me through the leasing process. From the outset, the team at Morton were extremely helpful and professional. They worked efficiently and secured a wonderful tenant super quick. I am very happy knowing my property is being cared for by Morton - I definitely recommend! If you want to get into a rental asap, find another agent. My experience and those of my colleges have been negative. They are not pro-active and are never in a rush to get back to you on the status of your application. Even after 4 to 6 phone calls and 10 days to follow up, still crickets.
Then eventually when you do get hold of them, they tell you that it has already been leased.
Poor MO and lacks customer service and communications.

We recently moved our investment property to Morton Penrith, after years of being disappointed in the management service of another local agent. And we are so glad we did, our property manager Michelle Roberts, along with the entire Morton team have provided a first class professional service, the communication is amazing. Something we hadn’t had for a long while. My only regret is, I wish we had made the move years ago.

I like to thank them especially Anthony Fleming, who made the whole process stress free. Anthony is friendly and patient, at the same time efficient and professional. He makes sure me as a client is happy with each step and process and is happy to accommodate my requests.

Also Michelle Roberts who helps manage the day to day issues, is very proactive and efficient.

This is the second place we have rented from Morton real estate with Anthony. He is very professional and a pleasure to do dealing with. He returns our calls but the most important thing is he listens to our requests. We have never met a real estate person like Anthony. Mortons are very lucky to have him as a employee.

Horrible real estate to deal with, they will take all your bond regardless of how clean place is.
Wont do there job properly. Tell u that u are to communicate with landlord for repairs, not them as they are not responsible.

6 months I had no stove top that didn’t worked or dish washer or dryer that came with the apartment. Very unprofessional people here. Was told by agent I should have contacted the landlord. Isn’t that the agents job. And that I should dealt with it ages ago.

Now calling me to hush me about tribunal compensation claims. Due to stove top etc.very unprofessional as a manager.

Zero from me because one is to much. ️
