Jacob Faulkner was very helpful in assisting us with finding and securing a new place to live. I’m writing this review not to just acknowledge Jacob doing his job well but to highlight what he does differently. Jacob has a genuine interest in the people that he assists beyond closing a sale. A simple ‘how are you, is everything going ok’ is a regular occurrence, to see if there’s anything he can further assist with. Jacob is interested in building long term relationships with his clients rather than seeing them as a single transaction. Rare!

I had an excellent experience with Morton regarding my move to a new rental property, particularly Jacob Faulkner from the Woolloomooloo agency.

Jacob was responsive, straight-talking and a pleasure to deal with. He was polite and friendly. He even made himself available outside of the normal viewing hours to show me the property and then when I returned a second time so I could take some measurements. Jacob has also checked in with me a couple of times since my move to see if I had settled in ok and whether everything was otherwise going well.

His colleague Jasmin Patel also went above and beyond - she made herself available to meet me in the early morning with the keys. This helped make sure I didn't have any delays with the removalists / added costs of having the removalists wait around.

The ultimate test is: would you recommend Jacob/Morton Woolloomooloo to family or a friend - and for me the answer is: yes, without hesitation.

For what it's worth, my dad has been in real estate for over 35 years and when I mentioned that Morton were the agency for the property, he said that he has always regarded them highly and that I should have no worries.

I also don't ordinarily post reviews, but the team at Morton deserve for me to take 5 mins out of my day - because I have taken plenty more out of theirs!
