I’ve have worked with Hank a number of times to secure finance. On each occasion they have been complex applications. Simply outstanding. I had done my own research originally when searching for a housing loan and had involved Hank as part of casting a wide net for the best deal. I had assumed that I would not be able to get a good deal with any of the big 4 and was thinking of going with online lenders.

Hank effectively performed magic and secured myself and my fiancee an interest rate below 2% from one of the Big 4, at a 4 year fix. The property settled literally a week or two before the Big 4 raised their 4-year interest rates.

Extraordinarily responsive, highly professional yet you just feel so comfortable with him.

What can I say? Hank and his Team are more than Fantastic, they are "Pros" at what they do. I first saw Hank over 4 years ago when I first wanted to get into the property market. Hank spent multiple hours with me, answering all my questions and multiple phone calls; " What does this mean? Can you please go through this with me again? " Hank was patient and never missed a phone call or a call back. Hank even visited the family home and walked through with my parents about what it meant for them to be a “guarantor” towards my first loan. At this point of time I didn’t purchase a property at all, but forward 3 years into the future I did.
