Laura was just fantastic. As first home buyers, the process can be so daunting and can quickly become overwhelming. Laura's calm demeanour and ability answer any question we had (regardless of how simple or complex it may be) were invaluable. Within 10 days of meeting with Laura for the first time we had our pre-approval and were actively house hunting, with Laura offering assistance in any way possible. She constantly kept us informed of changes to the market (RBA cash rates etc) and the impact it would have on our situation.
