I bought the furniture (bed, sofa, dining suite, bedside table, home office desk) for my new apartment from More Furniture. I found this nice furniture shop accidently and I'm glad I did. Aeri helped me to select the best items and gave good advice on matching the colours. Her customer service is excellent. Thanks Sung for coordinating everything specially when I even had to reschedule a delivery date one time. Their delivery and handling is really great. He carried the heavy items up to my apartment. I highly recommend More Furniture!

I was looking for a wardrobe for my new place, and More Furniture fit the exact size I needed! Their delivery service is also incredible. I was able to call in the morning and get the wardrobe delivered on the same day, which is highly valuable given my work schedule.
They also helped carry it all the way up to my apartment. And the wardrobe has served me very well thus far. Definitely buying from them again!

This is the 2nd purchase from this furniture shop. Great place with stylish furniture at reasonable prices! I ordered a sofa bed and picked it up ourselves today - the staff was extremely helpful and careful in preparing our order and making sure that everything was packed well and securely. I ordered a bunk from More furniture, and unfortunately it arrived damaged (due to a careless freight company) the team at More Furniture were great at dealing with the issues and made sure we ended up very happy. Great service.

I had a little mistake with my sofa - and the guys handled it kindly and smoothly, I was able to contact someone every step of the way, my sofa is beautiful and so mega comfortable - it was easy to assembly too. We are delighted with our recent purchase of a new king size mattress. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. It really made the whole process very pleasant, I would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

It was a disappointed experience.

I found a 2-seater sofa on the website then I wanted to try it in store. Went to the Waterloo showroom, I arrived the address advertised on the website but I was unable to find it, so I called the store for direction. In fact, the address was correct but it was hidden inside Kennards self storage without nay signage, the staff came to meet me at the entrance.

I didn't find couch I wanted but I wanted to explore other alternatives. It was an one-man shop however the staff was not very helpful.

I was told everything could be ordered online and custom made. Every time I asked him something he kept telling info could be found online. I was a bit frustrated with the staff actually. It was 35'C outside and it was very humid inside.

I didn't come all the way to be told to visit the online store. The staff showed me how to choose fabric, colour, sizes and options online but I wanted to touch it feel it in person. Showroom is designed to show customers products, right?

Excellent service and very professional! Staff is a great help in the whole process. I will be recommending this company to others. I've had mattresses&bases for a few months now and absolutely love it.

We purchased a sofa bed from More Furniture in May 2018. After a short period (less than 6 months) of standard use (note, we mainly used it as a sofa and did not sleep on it regularly), the sofa bed collapsed and the 'bed' extension became broken and useless. Furthermore, the cushioning of the two-seater piece lost its shape around the edges, especially the front edge and became very uncomfortable. For the price of about 700 dollars for a sofa bed compared to other brands, we did not expect the sofa bed to last us a lifetime, but we certainly expected higher quality and durability. We notified More Furniture of the defect on 26 September 2018. They agreed to pick up the sofa and provide a refund. It took them over one month to organise the pick-up, but the sofa was eventually picked up on 27 October. That is almost 2 months ago and we have still not received the refund. Their customer service and communication is terrible. I still hope we will eventually see the money, but would not buy anything from them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.

EDIT: 4 January 2019 We are still waiting for our money.
