Bloody fantastic customer service!
Craig you are a legend mate!
All of the knowledge and professionalism you would expect and then some.
Unfortunately my location was the only reason we couldn't go ahead with the build.
I would recommended MORE 4X4 to anyone!

Went in to More 4x4 to inquire about a lift, Aaron was very helpful and accomodating in answering all my questions. Really cares about his clients, he asked about our requirement and guided us on what need to done to suit our needs. Doesnt upsell on stuff that you dont need. Really appreciate it Aaron cant wait for my car to be scheduled and done.

Had a full upgrade of my y62 and from the ‘get go’ this crew knew what it was doing! Aaron was all over our requirements and Ben and the team’s workmanship was excellent. Highly recommend!

Had the boys at MORE4x4 install an AFN bar to my Mazda BT50 2022 model
With Sedi EVO X and Runva winch.
Was absolutely seamless with the ordering and communication with the team at MORE4x4 and the end result was perfect.

Thoroughly recommend this company for your 4x4 needs.it is so easy to build unwise or illegal mods to your vehicle; Aaron and Ben will give you the correct advice.their workmanship is exceptional.they are not cheap but they dont sell you flashy stuff; they sell you proven kit.you get what you pay for and so they are worth the money.

The guys at More 4x4 were very busy when I dropped in unannounced. I needed a complex wheel alignment completed urgently as I planned on going on a trip the following day and my Navara had just come out of another workshop after having the whole front end apart investigating a suspension noise. They asked me to leave it with them for a few hours and they would get it done. The Navara has never steered better! Thanks guys, good job, much appreciated.

The More 4x4 Team is just that, massive technical knowledge, excellent service and only quality products.
Very happy with my Mazda BT50 Outback Armour suspension package and long range fuel tank, fitted last week. So much better than the OEM.

Excellent service by Aaron and Ben. I had a long range fuel tank and snorkel installed on my Discovery 4. Work was first class, they even fixed my spare wheel carrier which wasn’t fitted properly by the original installer. Highly recommend More 4x4.

Owning a 4x4 and using it how it should are not always something that go hand in hand. I wanted to use my Disco for every day use, but i knew it had potential and wanted to test it out and learn how to use it.
Aaron from more 4x4 was contacted and we were lucky enough to book a session with him to help us learn and be safer and more aware drivers when leaving the tarmac and hitting the off road tracks.

I was a complete amateur and novice, so i went in with little to no knowledge of what the car can do, or how to even do it! Aaron was able to teach the fundamentals, explain the cars features, and show us terrain i wouldn't normally dare drive on.
From the meet point to the drive to the property, through till the moment we left, Aaron gave it 100%, never switched off, and was full of knowledge. I didnt feel unsafe or at risk of doing any damage with Aaron guiding and teaching proper awareness, approach to terrain, and recovery procedures.

If you have a 4x4, or want to buy a 4x4 or are building you car to take it off road, please do your self a favour and touch base with Aaron and get a full day training session with him. Leave the EGO at home, and listen to the wise man.

I am a much more confident driver now, and have the knowledge to get myself off road, and into some amazing locations thanks to Aaron.

I would highly recommend Aaron and More 4x4 for anything 4wd related, with my builds, to the driver training and knowledge sharing

Where do I start?
From the first discussions about this build 10 months ago, thru the planning stages and into the build the professionalism and knowledge of the crew at More 4x4 has been second to none.
From Aaron and Ben out front and the guys in the workshop the finish and quality of the build has lived up to the ideas and concepts first discussed many months ago.
The finished build took 10 months from concept to finish and with quite a few changes made on the run, not once did they not provide top quality service and advice.
Thru the shake down stages when a few things needed fine tuning again they went above and beyond to make sure a top-quality build left their shop.
Now with a completed build sitting in the driveway just waiting to be free from covid restrictions I look forward to many years exploring of grid with this top-quality build from the team at More 4x4

Outstanding work! These guys have 3 particular areas where I feel they excell:

1. Knowledge. So far I've learned a lot from them, not just from a mechanical side but also from them just taking the time out of their day to teach me about my vehicle, including touring/trip necessities, general 4x4 knowledge and things I can do to ensure the longevity from my Ranger.

2. Promptness & communication. These guys are always on time (have made changes due to pandemic which is understandable) and I have gotten my Vehicle back as soon as possible. I'm always notified about when things are happening, when parts arrive and about minor details that they think I should know about.

3. Friendliness and approachability. I'm very hesitant to talk to Mechanics IRT car issues because I honestly lack a lot of knowledge myself. My personal experience with them is that they can be utter c*cks sometimes. Not here. Very approachable and friendly people, haven't come across a rude member yet.

More than happy to recommend anybody with a 4x4 to them! Look forward to working with you lads in the future!

Great experience with these guys. My hilux got defected for led headlights being too high after lifting the car many inches, the auto leveling sensor didnt range that far, i ordered a adjustable linkage from more4x4 to correct this to clear defect, when they contacted me to say it will be a few weeks away i said i need to have this done within the 28days so my rego doesn’t get suspended, they went out of there way to track one down and get it to me within a few days and i live in a different state aswell.with a handwritten note on invoice saying hope this gets you out of trouble. Amazing customer service wich is hard to find these days. Will definitely be ordering more stuff through these guys! Keep up the good work more4x4 team!

One of worst mechanical experiences I've ever had in 20 years of car ownership. Ben was reasonable to deal with, friendly and polite. But your bother is ruining your business mate. Will never go back and will warn my mates off as well.

Told Aaron upfront I needed the work done before March because I was going away on a trip. Paid a 50% deposit for a lift kit on 8 December 2020, Called several times in December and then again in January. And was told that I would get a call back when the parts arrived. After two months I couldn't get a call back or response to my emails.

Finally had enough waiting and told them I wanted a refund and FINALLY got a call back and they booked the car in.

They (Aaron) were rude (dismissive, very unfriendly and didn't answer my questions) and charged me an extra $100 from the quote (completely unexplained), and told me (on collection) that ill need to have the work looked at in 500km.

Well I'm going away in 3 days on a 4wd trip, 1000kms from Sydney (as i told them before booking in) so won't have any chance to get the car looked out. CLEARLY they could have told me that BEFORE booking the car in and taking my money. Especially when i told them i was taking the car away in March etc. Aaron's response:
"Well go to another mechanic and get them to sign it off"

F#cking GREAT. Pay another mechanic to check your work.

They also didn't return my old parts that I told them I wanted back (I had arranged to sell to a friend who is parting out his car for sale).

EDIT:
1. I told you 3 times i didn't want the tyres (IN DECEMBER). My old tyres were ruined and NEEDED replacement.and surprise surprise you wouldn't return my call to confirm if they were in stock.which i wanted to confirm before giving you money (I called twice waited a week before giving up and getting them elsewhere). And you charged me $100 freight for that? What a gronk.

2. You told me that the parts were in stock when I called up in December (right before i paid for them). Now you are telling me they weren't in stock? So which is it? When i called in January they were "on their way", but I didn't hear back from you for over a month. I called the distributor and they confirmed postage is 7 days to Sydney. So you had the parts since Mid Jan.and just ignored me for a month?

3. You spent 9 hours working on my friends car 3 weeks ago, he wasn''t booked and just called up and took his car in a few days later. The claim that you were booked out is a straight out lie. Also, if you can't book in for THREE MONTHS that is something to tell them BEFORE you take their money.

4. Great that my parts are at your workshop. Thanks for telling me that before I drove home.

5. You stored my car for me "all week"? I brought the car in on Tuesday, and picked it up on Friday morning. That is 3 days for a start. And since you hadn't finished it on Tuesday (like the quote said you would) I had to take another day off work to pick it up. So you stored it for 1 day. I get that counting isn't your strong suit, but lets try really hard.use your fingers if you have to.

6. I warned you that the alt had failed that morning and not to leave the car running. The battery was fully charged when the car came in. The only reason the battery would go flat is because you let it go flat and ignored me. Charging the battering is the least you could have done after you let it go flat.

What a joke. Incompetent and dishonest.
