The receptionist was totally disinterested and seemed more worried about chatting on the phone. Then when I got to see the chiropractor he was very rude
Give them 20 hours notice for not being able to attend and they try to charge the full fee as a cancelation fee $170 due to not calling 24 hours.you gota be kidding youre ment to be helping people not sucking them dry and leaving them worse off then when they came.not to mention they called me the week before at 7pm on a Friday to ask if I can attend on 9am on the Saturday.that's less the 24 hours notice where's my $170 late notice fee?
