Moontree Candles and Homewares

I just love my local candle shop Moontree in Leura. I also take visiting friends there - it's always a treat to buy someone a gift there, especially me! The Persian Nights is my favourite, with rose and honey scent.

Cute little candle shop with a fun downstairs display area of high end home wares and decor. Pricey, but fun to browse.

A friend of mine & her daughter went into this fabulous shop. Unfortunately they were served by a woman who spoke a thousand miles an hour about her running, cats and overrode the daughters choice for her teacher, saying she was a colour theorist. My friends daughter felt so uncomfortable and had such a bad experience that she has said she will not be going back. Which is a real pity, usually the service is fantastic.

Great selection of candles - pricey though. Friendly service. Stocks well known brand things but their locally made candles are the best - interesting scents that vary every few months. Always like to come back and I never leave empty handed

Youre walking down Leura Mall and you smell something nice - its the candle store. They sell a wide varieties of scented candles to non scented. Also Soy candles, essential oils and also soy wax melts. As well they have a great selection of decor items. There is a gallery on 2 levels below which is interesting to look at. The visit to the mountains is not complete until you come here.

After a long drive from Sydney to Leura, taking a stroll down a strip of shops, we came across a quaint little candle shop which was packed full of visitors. Locally made and are pure essential oil, their candles come in a variety of shapes and sizes. The shop also sells beautiful trinkets and other candle paraphernalia. Lemongrass and Spice would be my favourites.
