Moonee Beach Nature Reserve reviews
12We saw a couple of grey kangaroos on our walk from the carpark. The views from the cliff tops over the sea were magnificent. Numerous whales doing acrobatic games was incredible. Truly worthwhile.
Excellent creek for families to enjoy & adults, plenty of little fish seen today & 2 small stingrays, enjoy available
Great!
A reserve where many kangaroos live in peace.
This with a superb view of the ocean.
A must see.
We stayed at Canton beach caravan park looking at about 10-15 minute walk to the club for dinner. If you are up that way it is worth while stopping and go have a look at the pink caves. Note you will have to walk over the rocks about 15 minute walk you can only get in there on low tide. We went just after sunrise which was beautiful but worth a look.
Best beach in Coffs Harbour. Even better than the diggers beach. Drive down to the look at me now viewpoint for sunset after
This has to be seen to be believed. An amazing, peaceful and relaxing spot on our beautiful coastline. Listen to the ocean and revel in nature. Tranquillity.
Incredible and unmissable place with such a peaceful beach! Nobody very fine sand! If you venture into the rocks you will see large crabs from the top of the cliff full of kangaroos roaming free and above all you will be able to see dolphins!
Great spot for 4x4 along the beach, fishing and long walks on the sand, great sunrises and sunsets.
Magnificent view, secluded, spot for whale and dolphin watching, and guaranteed to spot kangaroos
A beautiful (and easy) walk over the ocean, on or over the beach, full of kangaroos; easy parking, plan approx an hour for the full round
This is such breathtaking walk and a stunning area. We followed the path enjoying extensive views of Moonee Beach and the kangaroos reclining on the grass on the Look At Me Now Headland. They seemed very relaxed as they were enjoying the spectacular views. A lovely area.
