Terrible, my car came back different colours and with bubbles and cracks in the paint, they fixed it.again. Wasn't perfect but couldn't deal with the inconvenience again.

I took my brand new Audi to the guys at Monza after being referred by my Insurance company. I was quite reluctant as I didn't know much about the business or their quality of repairs. From the moment I dropped my car off, I was beyond impressed. Service was impeccable from the moment I walked in. Throughout the ''waiting game'' I received helpful updates to notify me on each of the various stages of repair. Upon pick-up, I was stunned to see the quality of work and was also amazed that my car had been waxed and polished, just like new! Thank you thank you thank you!

They fixed the major debt on my car but it came back with 2 additional scratches that wasn't there when I dropped my car off. The manager promised that he was going to get to the bottom of it and get back to me, of course I never heard back. They also asked me to drop off my roof racks keys so after taking 2 trains to get there on the weekend, it turns out they never needed it.

So after being crashed into my insurance directed me to Monza Smash Repairs, what can I say these guys have been brilliant keep you updated every step of the way through the repairs and wash and wax your car before giving it back to you, I had to return on Saturday for a few little adjustments to my car and rather than me waiting in the reception, the guy from Monza said while you wait dinner is on us, walk to cafe blend 66 (30 second walk) and order what ever you like on us. THIS is what outstanding customer service looks like you will not regret bringing your car here and the main thing the car is looking like it stepped out of the showroom for the first time BRILLIANT!

My BMW 3-series wagon went in after a fender bender. Did have a couple of small problems with paint finish but the Miguel and team at Monza went way above and beyond to rectify the problem. Was very happy in the end and will use them again.

These guys are amazing, they went above and beyond for me. First they repaired my wife's Kluger then my work van. Our experiences with them on both occasions were exellent, they were quick and I love that we could track the progress via the phone msg system. Highly recommended to all.
