Montrose Medical Practice

The doctors I've seen here are knowledgeable, they generally run on time and the waiting rooms are nice.

Unfortunately I don't think it's worth the price. You still feel rushed and the overall service isn't that much better than other nearby GPs.

They also don't bulk bill for babies, so the cost of being a dedicated patient skyrockets if you factor in all the required vaccinations and checkups.

Great practice with friendly nurses and doctors who are LGBTQI friendly as well! Can be hard to get appts but they’ve always fit me in when I’ve had true emergencies!

Followed Dr Rams from his last practice! He’s a great knowledgeable GP! My wife and kids have started seeing a few of the other doctors here and everyone has been great! Thanks for working so hard at such a difficult time!

Dr Catherine is a gem. Best GP I’ve had, super knowledgeable, caring and all round lovely person. I live nowhere close to the practise but have no issues travelling to see her. Not a bulk billing practise but happy to pay because service and professionalism is like no other

I had my 2 vac doses in this clinic. Also used to book was Dr Greta. They are highly organised, professional, and very cooperative.

Doctors and medical staff are fantastic - as an earlier reviewer said, the business is let down by the front of house team. Come across as indifferent and hardly seem prepared or willing to offer solutions. If you enjoy your job, best to communicate that in the way you speak with clientele. Disappointing to have one bung cog in the machine of an awesome practice.

Dr Catherine has been our family's secret.until now. She is one of the kindest people, and sincerely cares. I didn't want to post anything publicly case it becomes harder to book in with her, but I think Catherine deserves an accolade. There is a reason why she's the hardest doctor to book in with. Because most people will wait to see a GP they can really trust, is wise, empathic and who works hard to improve your health. I just hope she never leaves. Mum says she can't wait to have a problem again to go see Catherine!

I’ve decided there are too many little issues with this clinic where they get things mixed up so therefore I’m going to a bulk billing practice as I’ve done in the past because I do not see any value in paying for Montrose. The weakest link here is the front office team

Had a really bad experience this morning! Came there to get a blood test and they didn’t let me in as I am not vaccinated. How crazy is that?

I went to their pathology yesterday and I met a super nice and friendly doctor named Kirsty. She's very nice, welcoming me nicely and full of energy. Thanks Dr. Kirsty and Montrose Medical Practice!

A very positive experience. I highly recommend Dr Frances Chen, who I consulted for my 8 month son. She was very attentive in listening to my concerns, and methodical and knowledgable in her advice/management plan. She was also very friendly and approachable. I feel reassured and confident that my son is well looked after with Dr Chen.

After living in Sydney for 10+ years, I’m confident to say that Montrose is the best clinic I’ve been to! My only go-to clinic since last year. It’s a very peaceful place. Very professional, organised, and appointment process is convenient.

But most importantly, the care that I’ve received here is top-notch. Dr Hunter is very kind, genuine, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I trust his medical advices as it has been very helpful. Highly recommended.

It’s also a bonus that the clinic has a very beautiful garden at the front - such a calming place to chill before your appointment!

Disappointed they don't let unvaccinated people into the practice. They shouldn't be refusing essential medical services to anyone, especially those in need.

Ive been going to Montrosse now for almost ten years. Great medical practise and lovely doctors. I have only praise for Montrosse Medical.

I was devastated when I found out Dr Rams left his last practice.but now overjoyed to find he hasn't moved too far away! Great to have a GP who is genuine, doesn't judge, and who always has a smile! Great with kids and literally saved my life when I was pregnant by picking up a PE the specialists had missed. I have spoken to a few mums in the area and they speak highly of all the GPs at the practice!

Dr Whitson is the best doctor I've ever had, she is so kind and passionate about her clients and will go out of her way to get them the help they need.

Two words: the best. The doctors here are the best at what they do in my opinion and the admin staff are friendly and highly professional

I was recommended Dr Catherine Choi by my colleagues originally. She looked after us for a year and was amazing. Then she left and we were all so disappointed. Luckily we found her here and now travel to in her new clinic here. She is really a rare GP who can’t be replaced. My health has been so much better in her hands. Very thankful. I respect her kindness and intelligence and she listens with an open mind. I like the garden at this new clinic.

Really impressed with this place. Dr Jinny Gill is really professional and thorough. So lovely to deal with. Thumbs up from me.
