So far a fantastic experience. We have signed up for the Avoca. Slab laid yesterday and all going smoothly and efficiently. All selections has been a smooth experience. Staff are very professional and lovely to deal with.
I'm keeping this up to date as we move forward (4th update 30th September 2023).

We have been building with Montgomery Homes for the past year. Its been a great experience. Our building supervisor Colin Laughton was great. Very responsive to any questions we had or advice we needed. Even after the handover (and after we had made our final payment) when there were a few things that needed to be attended to they too were treated as a priority. Great experience. Thanks Colin and the Montgomery team.

Have built with Montgomery homes twice now, unfortunately second time around has been terrible. We still have issues with incorrect subfloor construction, Montgomery homes accepted there was an issue that needed to be rectified, a fix was completed and 3 months later the issue is back. Now they are refusing to re fix what they did not do properly in the first place. Just constant deflection buyer beware.

The sales guy was nice but the follow up team was not say they are sloping block specialists but only if your building in an area where there is no traffic and off street parking also cancelled appointment the day before Not happy Montgomery

First contact with Michael Fairclough was excellent. Warm welcome and a very informative, personable and helpful sales executive. We drafted our design and moved into costing and more detailed design. A couple of minor issues here but all resolved very quickly. Onto construction which is close to completion. Cannot fault Aidan Robinson, our site supervisor. We are well ahead and everything from communication to quality control has been perfect! So glad we went with Montgomery.

From the moment we met with Iveta at Montgomery's display home in Kellyville, Sydney. We new we were in good hands.
Iveta was amazing, she really took the time to explain the different design options for our new family home.
Lisa, Angela and the team were so helpful assisting with styling and selections during the planning process. Lisa thoroughly explained the scope of works and inclusions making sure everything was clear with no hidden surprise's
Montgomery's internal planner Scott was fantastic with completing the D. A with council, very knowledgeable
Glen the Construction manager and Callum our site supervisor have been fantastic, very helpful and informative.

We have dealt with Darcy Mercieca from the very beginning and he has been excellent in assisting us with pricing and tips to keep us within our budget. I am a single mum, never built before and was intimidated by the whole process at first. Darcy made it all so much easier, nothing was too much trouble for him. He called me numerous times to make sure we understood everything and even just to make sure I was ok. I cannot begin to state how much that meant to us. Everyone at Montgomery have been fantastic so far and we are so excited to be building our first home with such a professional team who look after their customers.

Great experience with Montgomery Homes. The process was super simple, they were professional and wonderful to deal with. Great range of inclusions and their Selections Gallery at Belmont was a real game changer - being able to touch and feel the finish of all of the tapware, tiles and kitchen/bathroom appliances made it so much easier to choose and be confident in our decisions.

What a great experience dealing with the team at Montgomery Homes. True professionalism all round. We went for the San Remo on a sloping block which is the best looking house on the street. The attention to detail is second to none and the quality of the finishes exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend building with Montgomery Homes 5 stars

Loved the process of exploring the Selections Gallery at Montgomery Homes. Makes it so much easier to choose all your colours and fixtures when you can walk around and see and touch everything for your bathroom, kitchen and internal and external finishes. Was also really impressed with the the high quality of their inclusions.

I'm really happy with how they built my home. They were always helpful, and I had a great Site Supervisor.

Don’t waste your time. They’ll sell you broken, previous generation appliances well above the RRP.

I’ve recently built with Montgomery Homes and from my perspective, was very happy with the entire process from pre-construction, to construction through to maintenance.

I found that they were highly professional and whilst my wife does work for them in the admin department, I didn’t find there to be many issues – and if there were, these were attended to swiftly. My site supervisor was very helpful and answered my questions promptly and ensured we were kept up to date with the entire build. Our new home has high quality finishes and my wife and I are always very proud show it off to our friends and family.

I own a Montgomery home and can say in all honesty their is not a room in my home that does not have a defect I am still fixing years later. Absolute disgrace. Just ripped up dodge skirting to find a cigarette butt attached to bottom of skirting. That gives you some indication of the pride they take in their workmanship
