I walked up to the counter to get assistance and was told that I couldn’t get a cash refund straight up! I was wanting assistance not wanting to know their returns policy! After that I was questioned as to where I was from (even what street)! No idea how to make conversation and no etiquette! BOGANS dressed in Camilla!
Shocking service. Made a small purchase and so apparently the punishment for that crime is to be humiliated for spending so little in their shop!
Beautiful stuff, seems a little overpriced and staff unnecessarily snobby to Customers!
