Honestly can't thank James Goodchild from the Sydney branch enough. He gave me so many different parts of the suit to think about and he had so many colour and fabric options for me to choose from. James made my life a lot easier by first doing a online meeting to check whether they had the fabric that I was looking for and once he confirmed it I went in. James knew I lived in Canberra so it was a 3 hour drive or bus, but each time I went made sure to give me all the information and not waste my time. Overall he was a bit skeptical about the decisions I made but did appreciate the end product and made sure it was perfect by getting a few minor alterations done. James was also very responsive to all my emails that I sent him! I'm really happy with the final product!

From start to finish, the staff have been fantastic and really helpful and knowledgeable.
They provided me with a wide range of colours/styles and combination options.
The overall fitting and look of the suit turned out fantastic (first try!) and will be sure to come back to grab a couple more.

Great experience here dealing with Natalia! Professional and friendly with great knowledge & advice! We were a group of 5 so had many questions but all were answered and fittings have been a joy with all adjustments catered for. Will be back again for the display suit one day for my own wedding!

I had a custom velvet tuxedo made for my wedding. James was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. He made sure the end product was exactly what I wanted. The velvet suit fits perfectly and is by far the best fit and nicest piece in my wardrobe.

I contacted James as I had a specific look in mind for a 3 piece suit made in that classic style worn by Clark Gable in the 1950's. I knew he nailed it when I walked into a shop and the young lady said I looked like The Godfather. I received several compliments at Establishment and the night was topped off by an elderly gentleman laying down in George Street who looked up at me and raised his flagon of goon and said "that's a nice woolen suit"

I came to the store looking for a particular look with one of Daniel Craig’s suits from James Bond and from start to finish the staff were nothing but professional and offered great advice, they truly have a great eye for detail and the end result was very high quality and looked great.
