Monster Car Audio (Erina)

Took my Porsche Cayenne in for head unit upgrade. Attended appointment to determine whether amp upgrade model or not? Was informed that they would need to consult ‘others’ to determine appropriate model. Phoned back a week later to get update - was told that they were very busy, I asked if not interested in my business let me know, happy to go elsewhere. Response was no, want your business - another 2 weeks later no comms! Guess they’re not interested - would not recommend

Great people to deal with, at both Erina and Tuggerah. Did the pickup of the motorhome on Saturday and such a fantastic job done. Upgraded to a 10-inch media & screen, uhf radio, light bar with rear camera. Great advice and the installation being absolutely perfect. These guys are second to none when it comes to installs. They did my Dash bar on the patrol and it looks amazing. All wiring for winch and lights also look like super quality work. Only issue is their communication is lacking. I had to chase them up the whole way through the process but you get them to go quality jobs not call you when you can call them. All in all super happy with the job.

The GPS Satnav CD player/Radio finally after ten years failed to work anymore, and I went to a car parts place and purchased a replacement one. I was fortunate to call Monster Car Audio to get them to install this replacement one. The service at monster impressed me. Alex (at the Erina branch) is friendly, genuine and very professional. I am very pleased to recommend this company to anyone wishing to get a car stereo, reverse camera, car alarm or any other installation. Thanks for your good service.

A couple of months, I purchased a new in car / in dash Kenwood unit with all the mod cons, from a Audio Car Sound dealer in Newcastle, Android Auto, GPS, Reversing Camera, the works. I also purchased a new IRoad X9 front & rear dash cam.
Firstly, when I picked up my car after being there all day, I was given my keys and that was it, no introduction to my new toys nothing. I'm not that bad with knowledge with hi tech stuff but, I needed a hand with this lot.
Cut a long story short, I struggled learning on how to operate and connect the Dash Cam not to mention, using my new Kenwood unit.
I called into Monster Car Sound at Tuggerah, the Manager on duty couldn't be more helpful, he showed me things I didn't know I could do. He was bloody great.
When we started getting all that rain, I realised, the mob in Newcastle installed the IRoad X9 in the wrong place on the Windscreen. They installed the front camera in a area where the windscreen wipers didn't wipe so, in the rain, it was useless.
I rang the guys at Monster Car Radio in Erina and again, they were really really helpful.
I explained what happened and, the front camera had to be relocated, they were willing to do it for me.
I walked in, spoke to the gentleman on duty (I forgot his name), within 10 minutes, the problem was solved.
THANKYOU MONSTER CAR RADIO, TUGGERAH & ERINA. I should have purchased my gear from you guys.

I recently bought some great speakers for my VE commodore. The man that served me was great and really knew what he was talking about. Love my new Hertz system is sounds so good.

Alex and the team are amazing, they did such a good job of fitting my landcruiser with speakers & an 8 inch sub all neatly installed. They gave accurate quotes even came in just under what I expected and worked very hard to get the job done all on one day even though I added the sub to the job after booking in the speakers. And most of all the sound is amazing
