Great work on my Crafter. They fixed my old reverse camera and installed a new head unit rather than go the more expensive route of starting the whole process from scratch. Thanks fellas

Staff were so experienced, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable of the items in stock, help me with every detail of my purchase and what would be suitable for what I wanted and what would be best to replace my old outdated car stereo system.
Dropped it of early in the morning, and picked it up in the afternoon.
Was so very happy, when the sales person, should me how the new touch screen stereo worked, so glad I went to this store.
They have such a great variety of stereo systems, and lots of other items for your car.

Guys at Tuggerah (Mick & Matt I think their names were) went out of their way to ensure the job was done, even after hitting road block after road block. Legends.

The boys are absolutely amazing, they know their products, easily explain what they can and can not do and explain what results you will get, with accurate results as well as realistic and timely time frames.so so happy my LDV now sounds as good as it looks.

My wife was having trouble pairing her iPhone to Bluetooth in her car radio. She called into the store and the manager immediately came out and fixed it. Free of charge. Wow! You don’t see that sort of service these days. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my car stereo, it had lost its memory and I couldn't reprogram it. I rang them to see if they could do anything with it, was told to call in at there TUGGERAH Store and they fixed the problem in a few minutes at no charge. What GREAT Service is that. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Again.

Have been going here for years, just got my dad a reversing camera and new uhf done on Monday and the guys were amazing Matt and Steve were amazing they definitely went above and beyond. I wish I could give 10 stars

I just bought a Ute for work & spoke with Steve about what would be the best unit for my work Ute. He advised me & gave me a quote over the phone, I then booked my vehicle in thinking it would take all day but took them only a couple of hours to complete when I got there to pay was advised that it would be cheaper than original quote by $100 then steve took more time to instruct me on how to use & showed me all of the great features of my new unit like apple play. His service was impressive, only to be matched by his great knowledge & courtesy it made my day to have such great service that I have booked my daughter’s new Toyota gt 86 in for the same great service & price. Fantastic service! Spoke to Andrew the other afternoon and then went in and saw Steve the next day. Nothing was a problem as I said what i needed and Steve took time to show and explain to a technology challenged me what would do the job. Booked in at a convenient time and job done. Highly recommend Monster Car Audio as they know the meaning of customer service!

1st visit- went for a quite for android auto whr I did my research based on limited knowledge. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and informative. Mentioned info about things which I did not even think about, gave me several options based in my requirements and also shared his experience, gave me options because my knowledge was limited and also incorrect and helped me make my decision.

I been to this store many times i have multiple vehicles, first was my work ute had 9 inch alpine supplied and fitted with reverse camera, cant fault the install ot product loved it so much brought my cooper s mini to have the same installed they even custom made a spot for my revese camera to sit.looks fantastic way over and above had 2 subs and amp installed also.now have had the same fitted to my quashqai simon and andrew and crew you are legends! Only place i will ever go
