Will never ever recommend this company to anyone. Being a loyalty customer, full time employment, good credit score, got refused for $5000 top up due to family emergency. Now my credit score dropped done a lot, if you are not desperate and can wait for longer process, avoid this company.

Money Me are legends. The process of setting up the 2 products i needed was effortless, fast and all online/digital. The way the world should be and certainly my expectation of a modern day lending facility.

I would however love to see a bit more investment into the mobile experience. Yes its good and it works, but it feels a bit clunky/slow at times. First world problems but that's the only very minor feedback i have on so far, an amzing experience. Keep it up and if you ever offer standard savings accounts for the salaries/payments i am so moving over.

Great easy to access sign up fast and easy process. Interested to see if payments are just as easy!

I have been a long time customer of MoneyMe and always trust its service and reliability however due to recent multiple decline of my credit application I changed from 5 to 1 stars.

I applied to increase my credit limit for a few times and they were all rejected. I contacted them to find out the reason and they said the amount that I requested on my last application 21st of September wasn't serviceable which I couldn't understand what it meant, so I asked what are the criteria in order for applicable to be successful, their response was 'as long as you have a bank statement' you are okay. I went and applied again, still rejected.

I would recommend MoneyMe to everyone who is struggling financially or for whatever reasons that you need money. I personally think that the interest is reasonable and they do take care of you. The staff is friendly and spot on. MoneyMe has helped my me quite a few times. Thank you.

I’ve made applications with my local bank but they were slow to respond. I wanted a card with a good reward system. Given the way I spend my money normally I know I can earn quite a bit back. MoneyMe came through when my bank didn’t. I’ve made multiple early payments and will continue to do so to increase my credit rating. My bank must have been monitoring me because just the other day one of the workers at the branch that shops at my store came in to buy some groceries and also set me up a time for me to come into the bank to talk about my credit card applications. My pay has increased significantly since I started working. It’s a family business so naturally my pay will increase and will do so again the following year and so on. So I arranged the time for this morning and didn’t turn up. I’m petty like that but if you’re good to me I will give you 110%. Thanks MoneyMe, I’m gonna take you on this journey as my career progresses and my bank is gonna see the number and volume of each payment I make to MoneyMe.

I applied for freestyle account, they declined my application for second time for 360 days. I’m ok with they declined but then I called to know reason for decline so they didn’t give me any reason for decline and my credit score is good, it’s 750. I ask for reason but they didn’t give any reason and hung up call.
