Monchichi Souvenirs & Gifts reviews
8 Bought a pair of ski pants and the red colour in the pants ran through the white when it got wet from the snow
They advised there is only one month warranty and nothing they could do
I recommend that you do not shop there and buy from Larry Adler or anywhere else
Service 0/10
Friendly staff - decent quality at reasonable prices. New Owners.
One of the shops I almost always visit on a trip to Jindabyne. When the kids were little they liked looking at the toys and souvenirs. In the winter have bought gloves and helmets. Monchichi have always had stocked Decent quality snow gear at a reasonable price. The shop now has new owners who seem very friendly and helpful and continue with the same philosophy. The shop has been rearranged to make it feel more open and less cluttered.
Fair range of interesting clothes, souvenirs and children's toys. Helpful staff and good location. A good spot to find a small activity/ puzzle/craft for children on holidays.
Very friendly. We enjoyed the atmosphere and had a good chat with the owners, they were very informative of the area and educated us on what's been happening in this beautiful location. We had a very heart felt conversation about the brumby and what was happening with them. Jindabyne is very fortunate to have such a wonderful people like the couple we met here. Much love to you both. Kiwi n swiss couple?
Very nice gift and clothing store. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great place to pick up your mountain souviners.
Wonderful lady who helped me with some last minute shirt purchases (I'd packed for winter weather.as it happens I needed summer clothes). Sizes run quite small for the ladies wear though (I'm normally a size 10/12.14 at a stretch. I needed a size 18!). Aside from my bruised ego re the sizing, the prices are quite good in the bargains section
Very helpful staff, they suggest suitable options instead of trying to push a sale. I found the staff to be very helpful when I had to return a pair of gloves.
