Best Chinese I’ve had in a very long time!
We ordered takeaway. Once ordered it said approx 65-75mins it was here in 25.
We had the chicken chow mien with thin noodles
Sweet and sour pork
Deep fried duck
Fried rice
Spring rolls
Everything was hot and fresh and tasted amazing! Will definitely be ordering again.
Highly recommend!

Amazing place to dine in at, quick service, friendly, very nice, run by a very kind and understanding family. Amazing food, wouldn’t hesitate to travel hours on end for this food. Such a nice environment to eat at.

Food was ok but the size of the meal is half the size of the owners before this new owner.

Absolutely delicious meal. Had delivery and everything was still piping hot. The prawns, scallops, beef, chicken and lamb was full of flavour and tasted fresh. Well done. Recommend. Rob. Kincumber.

Portions were small compared with other Chinese Takeaway's ive been too. Not a lot of flavour in dishes. Quick delivery is the only plus

Prawn laksa was nice but the pork buns were some of the most disgusting pork buns I’ve ever had. I know 1000% that they’re were frozen and microwaved from the texture and how black they were inside. Tried to eat one and threw out the rest

Food is very average for you he price
If under $25 must pay cash & then charges you surcharge when you use your card

I am disgusted in the service the owner is differently ripping off the customers and the tax office as they refuse to take credit cards and demands cash. Their food differently has msg even though they say they don't add it. Ordered a home delivery which never came as the owner didn't put the order in and them 1 hr later when called to see where the order was was told it would be another 30 to 40 Min away. Called again and then was told waiting on delivery driver. Called again 40 Min later and was told our order was cancelled. What a disgrace. They should be closed down or at least investigated.

At least 6 of us eat at Mona's most Thursday nights. Great food, extensive menu, great service from Lee, BYO, and very reasonable prices.

Called the restaurant for a home delivery at 5.05 pm 7.00pm still no food called them twice. Their excuse was waiting on the driver. Called again atfer 7pm and l was told my order was cancelled. Worst restaurant ever as they only except cash they use msg and this happens on a regular basis. This is the only chinese restaurant in Kincumber. Will never order from them again.

You have to wait hours for your food and the staff don’t even care they are horrible. Foods not even worth it!

Bought takeaway chicken omelette. It was a disgrace. Didn’t look like an omelette was swimming in red sauce not gravy had only onion as the sole vegetable and the chicken was mostly chicken skin pieces. Utterly terrible

Dreadful. They mucked up my order 3 weeks in a row, and then wanted to argue the point.
They over charged my meal by $8. I asked him to add it again. It took 3 times before it equelled the menu. Then I got a meal that I didn't order and he told me I was wrong. God help you if you order a larger container of chillie sauce. That's a conversation that has to be had to be believed.
They've lost my business. I would check the bill & what you ordered before leaving.

The food is average, not bad for a small place.
What really disappoints is the new policy of Cash Only for deliveries. Trying to avoid paying tax? Then when you tell them you only have a card they tell you it will be a 2% surcharge. The bank doesn't even charge for card purchases on a Mastercard! The food from Lucky Dragon at Green Point is SO much nicer, yes a tad more expensive ($5 more in an $80 order) but worth the extra money and they don't actively try to rip you off.

There once was a Mongolian girl named Mary. Mongolian Mary had a little Mongolian Lamb. The key word of that sentence is 'had'.

Where ever Mongolian Mary did go, her little Mongolian Lamb was sure to follow. Mongolian Mary and her little Mongolian Lamb used to visit Mumma Mona's kitchen every day after school for afternoon tea.

Mongolian Mary would have her tea and her little Mongolian Lamb would nibble at a rosemary or mint biscuit.

One day Mongolian Mary was busy doing her homework; too busy infact to notice her little Mongolian Lamb, full of spirit and adventure, had wandered off in to the kitchen never to be seen or heard from again.

Little Mongian Mary cried and cried for her little Mongolian Lamb; only finding comfort in food and hugs from Mother Mona. Mumma Mona's new wooly coat smelt and felt very comforting and familiar, and her Mongolian Lamb dish tasted like the happiness and innocence her little Mongolian Lamb once had.

Do try the Mongolian Lamb.

If you like good old fashioned Australian Chinese food, at an affordable price without all the chinz, this is the place.

Worst food i've ever had from an Australian Chinese restaurant. Had Singapore noodles, was overcooked and even burnt. Hard to ruin noodles.

Never will be ordering again.

Lovers of the traditional Chinese Take Away night, this is you.

All dishes are loaded with extras, no watery sauces, no obviously frozen veggies/prawns. They don't sell half cooked prawn crackers like most places.

Here's a hint: they have been serving the 3 nearby retirement villages over the years. Can you imagine how fussy they are? Give Mona's a shot, it's worth a short drive and a few extra bucks.

Wouldn't recommend eating in just because the location isn't great, but that's not what this review is about ;)
