Had a very good experience speaking with Adam today. I had not hired removalists before, and he did a good job explaining the options available. He was considerate and polite. It turns out removalists are in general a service I am not able to afford, which is why I didn't end up hiring them, but after checking other options the price they quoted was quite reasonable for the service. If I had the money, I would have definitely hired them.

I engaged Monarch Removals for a STD to MEL move and I couldn't be happier with the service. Everything went smoother than I could have hoped for and even when my scheduled removal day unexpectedly turned into a one-off public holiday (memorial) there was no issue or change of service.
