Monarch projects was the best choice we made to build our first home. If I could rate them more, I definately would. Jason, his dad and team did an amazing job and have got great eye for detail, they go above and beyond for their clients. Great people to deal with and quality build through out. Highly recommended. I started dealing with around a month ago. Jason, Firas and the whole team are amazing. They just want to do what makes the client happy.
I am very pleased to be dealing with them.

Now I just feel its my call to write this review.
Building a house and choosing a builder was a head spinning process for us as it is for all of you.
We went through many of the (big names) companies which were very hard to deal with and no one listened to what we were after and most of the time I was chasing them and no one paid attention to me.
And finally ended up with Monarch projects. From the first moment, everything went very smooth. Jason was very honest and very easy to deal with.
I can assure that their first priority is the client satisfaction and doing the right thing.
They are very organized. Everything ran smoothly and was on time. Even the handover date was according to the contract.
The (rough) journey of building our dream house was like an easy and happy trip with Monarch. We feel we are very lucky we chose this company.
If I am going to build ten houses, I would definitely go with them. Because I am sure I would not find honest people like they are.

If I could give Monarch Projects 10 stars I would. From start to finish Jason and Firas were a pleasure to deal with. The quality of the work is what stands out, everything is of the highest standard and Jason didn't miss a single thing. I can honestly say Jason is the best builder I've dealt with, he's very friendly and a great professional. After one appointment I knew I would build with them, that's just how good they are. I highly recommend you sit down with Jason before you sign with anyone else and you'll realise how fantastic this company is. Will definitely build with them again.

Highly recommended. Jason and his team are professional, responsive, genuine and easy to deal with. The renovation works completed on time and with no additional costs/variations to the original contract. They provided invaluable recommendations along the way which was a huge help and did a fantastic job.

Usually I don’t leave reviews whether it’s good or not! But I felt I have to do with this company. Jason is building a house for me, and honestly, he’s the most genuine person I’ve seen in this industry. He involves me in every and each single step he does in the house. Every time I ask him to come with me to decide on bathrooms or kitchen he does without any hesitation (no builder would do this). Simply, if you want to build a house the way you want see Jason.
