Good old fashioned service! My Iphone 15 had cracks in the screen as I recently dropped it on my driveway at home, which of course I wasn't happy about. The kind young man at the shop told me it was the actual screen cover that cracked and not the actual screen. Anyway, 5 mintues later he fixed it for me and it cost only me $40. Thank You. John

The guys in Vodafone Mona Vale are top rate with repairs, patience, and helpfulness. My mobile had a connection port issue which was repaired efficiently, and then they guided me through the getting an Aussie sim card for my frequent visits. They were very patient when my debit card played up, and waited while I went to the nearest ATM. Lovely young men with awesome service.

Always such a pleasant experience coming in - Im here often and the service is always impeccable. The main manager Mal is such a god send, such a delightful person and very knowledgable. Such a breath of fresh air!

I visited the Mona Vale regarding a sim card. Stephen was very helpful. When I rang 2 weeks later to swap it over he had kept all of the details on file and didn't need to provide anything. He was more prepared than what I was. Great customer service.

These guys offer service to all carriers for all sorts of technical related devices. They answer their phones locally rather than giving an overseas call centre.

Very unreliable, ordered a iPhone 8 and was told it was to arrive in 3 days. The phone was never ordered and no communication on why until I called up, leaving myself without a phone. Poor Service

Excellent mobile phone store with world class customer service and expansive knowledge in all current plans and phones as well an expert technical service. Veen coming here for years and could not recommend them highly enough. Go there. For repairs, plans and to buy phobes outright. Good old fashioned customer service is still alive in Mona Vale!
