The whole experience was a breeze! Even running into a hiccup like our carpet choice being delayed, they went above and beyond to track down extra stock and had it installed just as quickly. The staff were extremely knowledgeable (both in wood and carpet flooring) and so helpful, even putting up with a million questions and emails. From the minute we walked through the door to the installers packing up to leave, the process was professionally and courteously handled. Not to mention we are stoked with our new carpet and underlay which has made a world of difference to our living space. Thanks guys, can't recommend highly enough.

From the initial choosing of the flooring, the onsite measure up, to the actual installation, the service was excellent. Because of a delay, which was no fault of theirs, they went above and beyond to reorganise things so that we could get the job done and move on with the renovation. I recently purchased a ‘fixer upper’ apartment with original carpets from 1995 throughout. I was recommended to contact Flooring Xtra Mona Vale for my new floors and couldn’t be happier with the result, it’s a totally transformed home. I went with new carpet in the bedrooms and floorboards everywhere else.

For those who want the details, these are Terra Mater floorboards in ‘granola’ and the carpet is Somerset Cottage in ‘cinnamon sand’.

Thanks to Campbell and John from Mona Vale Flooring Xtra for a superb result of Quick Step Laminate flooring on two sets of stairs in our townhouse. The challenging installation, with one stair being concrete and the other timber, was expertly performed and any issues encountered were quickly resolved.
