Recently used Mona Vale Computers to repair my faulty laptop. Very friendly staff at reception. A technician on site had a look and booked it in for a quote. They called me back the same day with affordable prices for the service and parts and had my laptop back the next day.

I was referred to them by a friend and I am delighted because Ahmed and the team have been fantastic dealing with the numerous difficult issues my existing system presented. Pretty terrible service, had been told that my motherboard was damaged and my cpu had been damaged beyond repair when I had just had it tested and proved working the day prior
Communication was poor as they did not have any idea what was going on (being told two different things from two people) and after receiving a text saying my computer was damaged beyond repair I went to store and got told that they could do what I originally asked for for $250 horrible price compared to other company’s, later dropped my computer into another store and was done and out for $50

I brought my computer there, I had a keyboard issue as a few keys were not working. It couldn't be fixed without spending a fortune. They downloaded a digital keyboard for the computer and the problem was solved. No charge! Great Customer Service I say!

Took my PC tower here and they had it for a week and a half only to be told it failed all test and was irreparable which is fine, but then I took it to another store and within 6 hours they had it fully fixed and running again turns out it was just the motherboard which died, wouldn’t recommend taking a PC tower here but besides that staff are very friendly

My PC tower was de-powering at times, and finally it couldn’t be turned on, Mona Vale computers had it sorted in 1 day, very good well done!

Fantastic experience and I can't recommend these guys highly enough! My Windows problem could have been catastrophic but they swooped in and saved everything, backed everything up to my external drive and replaced my defunct hard drive for a very nominal fee. I could not have hoped for a better result. Thank you so much Ahmed and Lowana!

Just give them a wide birth and if you have an Apple product that needs repairs or servicing my advice is to go to an Apple approved dealer to avoid non genuine 2nd hand parts being installed even when quoted for new genuine parts. Not even close to good enough.

Highly don’t recommend this place payed $900 to fix my screen and when I received my laptop back my screen started glitching called up and they said they wouldn’t replace it for free but could fix it for $690

I was nervous about handing in my computer. It had my whole life in it - bank details, family history, personal stuff. I needn't have worried. They listened carefully and in two days they just fixed it, and for far less than I expected. Very reassuring to have such professional people nearby. Recommended.

I have been twice to these people with the laptop & phone & have been very happy with both solutions. Their fees are reasonable too, so in future I'm staying with them.

Friendly staff and easy ground floor access from Street. They assisted wonderfully with an assessment on my old PC. Will definitely use again.

So my Pc was continously rebooting so I took it down to this place as I saw it was a local business and thought they would be helpeful and affordable whilst also allowing me to help local business. However, I got charged $160 for them to remove one ram stick and clean my PC, when I called them multiple time and ask questions their responses would leave me confused due to their inability to give me a straight answer also was told I would be given regular updates on my computer but was not, can't say im suprised the two ladies at the front desk looked more interested at looking at themselves in their computer screens rather than give me a second of their time and I was the only cutomer in the store. They asked me If I would like to replace my ram stick and said it would cost $150-$180 for ONE ram stick when for TWO of the same ram sticks online is $80, that mark up is ludacrius to say the least considering that they dont have it on hand however will order it online and make you pay a quite frankly a bs mark up. Will not be coming back as the prices for their service is terrible as in no way should your PC getting cleaned and them removing one ram stick should cost over $100 that is ludicrous and considering the service was sub par. I called the store about the timing of my computer and was put through to the owner/fixer and was treated as an idiot as he kept repeating what he was doing to my pc and all I had asked was when would it be ready. No friendly serivce, no quality interaction, put my power supply in upside down and scratch the cover of my pc, just looked and treated me as a money sign, no sense of a local friendly business just a business thats see customers as money signs. Will definitely recommend people to NOT go to this establishment as they will be ripped off.
