I highly recommend carpet court Mona vale they were so helpful from selecting colours and quality for my house. They arrived at 6.30am and finished laying by 12.30pm 4 full bedroom and a lounge room and 16 stairs they were incredible!

Just got off the phone to Danielle who is absolutely amazing with her knowledge, customer service and wicked sense of humour. Loved every second dealing with Danielle in person and on the phone, would highly recommend Danielle and Carpet Court carpet.

Look nowhere else when deciding for Carpets Floor coverings especially as I did … looking for high end hard wearing loop carpet. I looked long and hard throughout Sydney to find some company that could offer expertise high-quality products and a huge onsite range. Carpet Court at Mona Vale is astoundingly impressive not only was clearly the biggest store I saw … but it has the most incredible staff Chesy and Nicole who were absolutely brilliant in their expertise and detailed knowledge. I can’t recommend Carpet Court Mona Vale highly enough and I must say it was astounding how quick and easy I made my decision…. Once going to the right place Andrew Penman ️

Carpet court has been a huge help to my wife and I after we looked high and low for a professional and honest laminate floorboard supplier and installer… turns out they’re a rare breed! Once we found a board we liked (we ended up going with a 12mm quick-step impressive ultra board which Carpet Court Mona Vale ordered in especially for us even though they didn’t stock it at the time) we then tried to find a place who would supply and install. We had three different places quote and we ended up with one cheap option that just seemed dodgy, one from carpet court which seemed reasonable and one expensive one which was almost twice the cost that just seemed ridiculous. We ended up going with carpet court because of the reasonable price for supply+ install and also because after meeting their installer (Lance) for the in-home quote, who was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, we knew it was the right outfit for the job. Lance really made carpet court shine as he went above and beyond to help us through a tricky floor levelling situation, seeing that our floors weren’t level around the base of our kitchen even after we had just had the entire apartment filled with concrete and laser levelled by another company who forgot to properly block off around the kitchen and ended up cementing our dishwasher in! … bit of a distressing situation but Lance sorted it out for us and it was clear to us we had made the right choice as he was so helpful when we needed him most. Lance finished off the botched levelling job by the other company and also cut our cupboard doors to the new size for the new floor height after the floor install. He also installed new kick boards in our kitchen + skirting boards throughout the home. The end result is just amazing and we’re so thankful for the amazing communication and help from both the carpet court team in Mona Vale and especially from our installer, Lance!

VERY POOR aftersales service, as you can see with other reviews they might be a big brand but its certainly not backup by the level of service. I would NOT recommend using them and make sure you read the fine print to ensure they are not overcharging you.

Very helpful with an obscure request. Spent time looking for an answer then let me take samples to job to choose the correct colour and finish. Most impressive service

Poor customer service and communication once our deposit was paid. What was discussed in the show room wasn't completed. Beware and ensure every little item is included on the quote. Items stated in store as standard inclusions need to be quoted or won't happen.

Avoid them

Definitely recommend you to shop elsewhere. I thought they were a good company because of the marketing but I was very wrong. They would not provide me with an itemised quote for the material so I had no way of knowing if the supply matched what I was quoted by the installer for installation and the product I was selecting. Does the square meters match the installer has measured + the other items eg scotia, underlay, trims etc. They say it's a package but how can it be when the installation cost is seperate from the material supply cost. It would be better to itemise everything then show the amount discount. I'm sure this practice is not ethical. Definitively more comfortable choosing a flooring place which does supply & install so there is no blame game later down the track.

Can’t recommend the team at CC Mona more highly. They handled our recent insurance claim brilliantly and the customer service is 2nd to none.

Terrible terrible finished product. We had to replace some of our carpet due to an insurance issue. Carpet court cut out a square of our carpet to colour match and we have ended up with two very miss matched tones of carpet in our home. We are so unhappy and Carpet court refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We spent our time on selecting our choice of carpet as we had no idea what we wanted, we mainly deal with Mona Vale Carpet Court but looked at carpets at Brookvale Carpet Court as well. The Service we received was next to none! Both stores were fantastic, they gave my wife and myself the pro's and con's when selecting a carpet which we took on board. Once we selected our carpet we booked in for a measure, the process went so smoothly from there, once it was measured (the guy who measured "Richard" was his name i think?) to getting our quote emailed to us was all within a few days from each other.

When it came to our lay date, we had to delay the install as the painting went for an extra day or two longer as it was supposed to. Carpet Court were more than happy to move the date. As luck had it, they had a cancellation to two day's later and they were only to happy to squeeze us in. The installers were a Husband and Wife Team, his Name was Brad, i cant remember her name was but my wife was surprised to see a women installing Carpet.the job only took 6hrs but Brad and his wife did a great job.

We have just had our carpets and also decided to do timber in loungeroom by Carpet Court Mona Vale.
These guys were amazing and after going to some other places I found the comfort and honesty backed by a large company to be the best decision. We had great installers in both areas. We will most definitely use these guys again and again. Amazing team. Jane the store manager is so professional and made us feel like part of her team. Thanks guys for such a smooth transaction
